Squadcast keeps us on call and on the ball
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the dashboard, how it shows me in one place the MTTA, MTTR, and list of recent incidents, and who is currently on call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Challenges of awareness of incident management, clarity of responsibility and responsiveness. Squadcast has helped us by keeping our incident response focused and allows us to see the metrics which helps us improve.
i like the scheduling part of sqadcast.

call and sms feature is pretty good for notifications

in the beginning its hard to understand all features of swadcast

we are having downtime in night time mostly because it was hard to monitor 24*7. with sqadcast it's automated
Great application for Strong SRE
What do you like best about the product?
Quite good application with a large number of integrations with alert sources very smooth integration, rules provides a lot of flexibility in routing, noise reduction, Severity tagging. Tool gives the capability for all SRE incident practices, really good postmortem support. The escalation matrix is quite flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
image update in notes and postmortem lifecycle needs to be added

Incidement managent, oncall, escalation, postmortem

It is quite good application and it is in right direction for SRE team.
Simply to use and better option for work.

It has a better GUI interface and is simple to use for everyone. It has loving features for doing work properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
we cannot attach the screenshot or pic related to that alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By Acknowledge the alerts go for analysis to that alerts and if it is needs to reassign to concern team then we assign that alert to a purticular team. we can open the Postmartem to that alerts as well.

Event deduplication and many integration points for many different alarm sources. Status page to display system status to stakeholders.

Shifts planning and overrides not as smooth as competitors

Aggregating alarms from multiple sources into one system and paging team members or out of hours on call staff based on alarm emergency.

Easy for End Users
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to set up the medium and frequency you would like to receive alerts. I like that you can set up individuals and a team through the app. It is also very user-friendly and is easy to explain to team members how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any cons at this time. It is a very straightforward app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Squadcast, we receive real-time alerts from our SIEM about our most important issues. Because these are sent via email and text, I never miss an issue and can respond in a timely manner. The app enables streamlining responding to potential threats.

If you are looking for a user friendly threat alerting tool, this is it!

What do you like best about the product?
The way we can process the incidents in a streamlined manner where we were able to introduce some crucial steps which were getting missed due to no fixed process for a retrospective of an incident.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface needs a decent amount of training, some of the text boxes mess up at times.

We are currently solving the automation & assignment process of an incident & its retrospection.

The alert system is smooth and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The alert system and the escalation policies we can define for every heirachy are one of the USP features of the squadcast.

UI is not attractive. There should be a dark mode in it.
