A Game-Changer for Workflow Automation

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zapier to integrate other applications on Wordpress for a few years now. What I love about Zapier is the ease of use. Specifically, that even without coding skills, setting up "Zaps" (automated workflows) is intuitive and straightforward. The step-by-step guidance ensures a smooth setup for even complex automations. I also like being able to customize Zapier. I love the ability to tailor Zaps with filters, conditions, and multi-step actions allows for nuanced workflows that align perfectly with my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is pretty high for creating Zaps. I was able to get some help from a Zapier expert which worked out great for m.e
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found that Zapier is an exceptional tool that delivers on its promise of making my apps work better together. I needed to be able to help a law firm automatically record all leads and this worked great when I created the Zaps.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zapier because it connects with my open talent platform. Once it's connected, it helps us to identify new users on the platform, so they become leads for our commercial team to act on. Zapier also connects at our site; when integrated with Zapier at some landing pages, and when viewers become leads through signing forms, we are able to see wherever they came from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Zapier is in our technology's team hands.
Any kind of change I need to talk to them, I'd like if there were some kind of course about Zapier for non-tech people. If they have it, I'm sorry, I've never seen it before
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect easily my platform and site to my CRM Pipedrive.
Through forms viewers become lead so our comercial team can act on.

UX could be improved. Have also had connector break.

So many integrations, I have built some pretty insane automations connecting 4+ platforms

It was a little bit of a learning curve, but it wasn't too bad

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zapier simplifies integrations across platforms, making it easy to share information and ensure it's automatically where we need it. The software is simple to use and incredibly dynamic, offering numerous capabilities and true cross-platform functionality. I particularly enjoy the AI integrations that allow us to not just move information but also update data and manipulate inputs. Additionally, setting it up was very easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit tricky to get the hang of. I think just more FAQs or support availability. There are just so many options, sometimes it's hard to know how to set up the right integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allows us to integrate and share information across various platforms automatically, ensuring data is in the places we need. It goes beyond just moving info, updating data, and manipulating inputs with AI integrations.

Starting to use Zapier has a slight learning curve, but it’s less technical to set up compared to other similar programs. However, the pricing can be confusing, especially when you’re charged per Zap or Task. Therefore, it’s crucial to educate yourself about the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation allows for automatic sending of emails from Facebook lead ads and messages from Airtable to my team on Microsoft Teams.
