Streamlined my workflow by automating repetitive tasks and seamlessly connecting my apps
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zapier is how easy it makes automation without needing any coding skills. It connects hundreds of apps seamlessly, allowing me to create custom workflows (called "Zaps") that automate repetitive tasks like syncing data between platforms, sending follow-up emails, or updating project management tools. The interface is user-friendly, so I can set everything up quickly without any technical knowledge. It has truly saved me hours of manual work and boosted my productivity by allowing me to focus on more important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like about Zapier is that some of the more advanced features, like multi-step Zaps or premium app integrations, require a paid plan. Additionally, while most workflows are easy to set up, troubleshooting can be tricky if something goes wrong, and the error messages aren’t always helpful. I also wish there were more customization options for certain tasks or triggers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of manual data entry and repetitive tasks by automating workflows between different apps. It has saved me a lot of time by syncing data across platforms, sending automatic notifications, and streamlining various processes that used to take hours. This has allowed me to focus on more strategic work, improve efficiency, and reduce the chances of human error.
Amazing service, really works like magic for connecting other applications
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Free tier is useful, lots of community support. Low cost even for relatively complex use. Once set up it just works in the cloud and does not require any local installation etc. for automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some learning curve, but if you can use LabView or other similar software (IFTTT) everyone can figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating reminders and re-routing email and details about orders and shipping (in particular).
Software has fallen behind rivals, billing practices are dishonest
What do you like best about the product?
Automations are relatively easy to create
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the features of the platform have fallen behind rivals, pricing has gone through the roof, and their practices around annual billing are dishonest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps us connect un-related platforms to allow for automating mundane tasks.
Easy and Powerful Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it incredibly easy to connect apps and automate repetitive tasks without any coding knowledge. Its user-friendly interface and wide range of integrations allow me to create powerful workflows in just a few clicks. It saves hours of manual work and keeps processes consistent and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zapier is powerful, the free plan has limited tasks and update frequency, which can be restrictive for growing needs. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier pricing, and troubleshooting complex Zaps can be time-consuming without detailed error logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is solving the problem of manual, repetitive tasks by automating workflows between the apps I use every day. It helps me eliminate the need to copy-paste data, send reminder emails, or manually update spreadsheets. This saves me a significant amount of time, reduces human error, and allows me to focus on more strategic and creative work instead of routine tasks.
Best Integration Software

Ease of use, ease of implementation, number of features
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Zapier, it has helped me massively in my day-to-day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping with business communication and keeping everyone in the loop with things
Works as well as always
What do you like best about the product?
It's a reliable platform and they're growing in creative directions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm annoyed by the way the free tier works. I think small/solopreneurs need more steps like everyone else, but need less runs. It would be so much more fair to just limit the total number of calls or something rather than number of steps.
I will say that I have experience with Zapier as a paid tool as well as a free tool.
I will say that I have experience with Zapier as a paid tool as well as a free tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is my go-to for automations, eliminating the need for me to get engineering assistance, which can be a bother to the other teams and can slow work down.
Zapier the ultimate time saver for automation
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier quietly works in the background , automating repetitive tasks so i don't have to think about them. I love how easy it is to set up workflows between apps that normally wouldn't talk to each other. It saves me a ton of time every week especially for things like lead management , email notifications , and syncing data across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier is incredibly useful but there are a few limitations once you start scaling your automations or need more advanced logic like branching or multi step conditions it can get expensive quickly some apps also have limited triggers or actions available which means i sometimes have to look for workarounds. Occasionally a zap might fail without a clear explanation unless you dig into the task history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps us eliminate manual repetitive tasks by automating workflows between tools we use daily like when a leads fill out form zapier instantly pushes the data to our CRM triggers a follow up email , and alerts our team on slack all without us touching anything its saving us hours every week and reducing human errors. It also allows our team to stay focused on high impact work instead of wasting time on routine taks.
Effortless automation for non-developers
What do you like best about the product?
Free tier is limited; scaling multi-step processes becomes costly
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi-step logic, custom code, or error handling can feel cumbersome .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier can be frustrating for simple tasks… feels like it overcomplicates things that should be easy.
