What do you like best about the product?
I find Zapier incredibly valuable for connecting various platforms and automating our business processes. Its intuitive design allows someone like me, who does not have a programming background, to easily figure out how to use it for our needs 95% of the time. This ease of use eliminates the need for cumbersome Excel sheets, simplifying how we manage data. The extensive help resources available are also a huge asset, giving me the confidence to try new things and expand its usage in our organization. Moreover, I use Zapier to integrate Facebook ads, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and email features, which makes running our business smoother and more efficient. The seamless integration with other tools like Pipedrive, Leadpages, and Facebook ads further enhances its utility in our workflow. Setting it up was straightforward and hassle-free, allowing me to get started without any complications. Overall, Zapier is a great piece of software, and I am extremely satisfied with how it performs, to the point where I would highly recommend it to others with a solid confidence score of 10 out of 10.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to connect Facebook ads and web leads to our CRM, simplifying our business operations without resorting to endless Excel sheets, even with my lack of programming skills. It provides valuable connectors and is easy to set up, enhancing overall efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier helps me with the things about my business that I don't understand, and don't really care that much about, so that I can focus my attention on the things that actually matter to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still get confused about the vertical orientation layout of the zaps when you are creating and editing them. Something about the design of this portion of the website -- my brain has a hard time with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create continuing education courses for massage therapists. I need to communicate between my Squarespace site, my Podia course site, and my Facebook ads. Zapier makes that communication possible.

Probably the cost and the non-flexibility to add members to the initial tier one.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is the crucial link between our booking & scheduling software (MaidCentral) and our lead nurture/follow-up, employee onboarding and seasonal campaign/newsletter software (GHL). The ease of automating a million tasks is why we continue to use Zapier year after year. We use Zapier every day and multiple times per day without issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything that I dislike about Zapier. Most of the limitations we experience are due to the platforms we're attempting to connect. There are probably ways to do it with webhooks (?), but no one on our team is super technical so we only use the tools with integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps us nurture and follow-up with leads automatically. We have taken this and are using it to nurture and follow-up with job candidates as well.

Not much, most everything is great, I would say that their AI tool for automating the set up process is pretty unnecessary, but easily ignorable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Zapier is to set up integrations between multiple platforms. It is super easy to set up a Zap to connect Facebook leads to our CRM to then getting emails and texts out to potential leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is really the cost. Everything else is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting leads from Facebook into our CRM and then contacting the leads in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I was very easy to implement automations and to maintain them. It allowed us to share data between our paid ads and our CRM. This has been fundamental to optimize our conversion funnel. We can finally understand which ads are yielding more conversions and optimize accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting can be difficult. Mostly because other apps are not designed to be connected as Zapier enables you to connect them. However, Zapier has done a good job on helping users understand what's wrong with your zap. They even have an AI chat bot that helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to connect our paid ads platform with our CRM. THis enables us to understand which ads are yielding more conversions and to optimize accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is really easy to set up for lots of different uses that I need. I enjoy the variety of API connections available which makes getting data from one place to another much easier. Customer service is always responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Zapier notified or automatically reauthenticated app connections. Also, I run into data mismatches at times, such as needing an ID instead of a selection.
