Powerful Integrations with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zapier for its endless integrations, which allow me to create any workflow. The AI-generated boilerplates help me to build workflows faster. The initial setup of Zapier was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many things, too many options which sometimes make me confused. It would be helpful if they could make the dashboard more specific for the account type, showing only what's needed for that account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier for marketing automation, like auto-posting, market research, and newsletter automation. The AI helps me build workflows faster, and with countless integrations, I can create any workflow I need.
Intuitive setup and integrations with the power of Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of data transfer and AI tools in Zapier. The speed of setting up data transfer and the interface are also impressive. The initial setup was quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system does not see some parts of the data for transmission and more time is needed for connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to connect HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Chatfuel, which solves the problem of the lack of direct integration and makes data transfer easier and faster. I like AI tools and the speed of setting up data transfer.
Intuitive and Efficient, Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Zapier and how intuitive it is to create connections. Additionally, the support is among the best I've found in all the tools on the market. In my daily routine, I connect platforms to send messages, make phone calls, invite to events, and obtain donations, and I can do all of this very easily with Zapier. It really is very intuitive to create a new connectivity, I just write the idea I have and Zapier solves all my problems. Moreover, the ease of use and the chat support during setup have been a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think managing versions every time I draft or edit a Zapier could be a bit simpler because they are saved in different versions and I haven't found the difference or benefit for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is very intuitive for creating new connections and solving my connectivity issues. It helps me connect platforms to send messages, make calls, and organize events, improving efficiency in my daily tasks.
Zapier: A Game-Changer for No-Code Workflow Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has been an absolute game-changer for automating my workflows. The sheer number of integrations available is incredible — I can connect virtually any app I use without writing a single line of code. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive and makes building even complex multi-step Zaps straightforward. It saves me hours every week on repetitive tasks and has genuinely transformed how I work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's very little to complain about. If I had to nitpick, the pricing on higher-tier plans can add up if you're running a lot of tasks, but the value you get in return makes it well worth it. Occasionally I wish the error messages were a bit more descriptive when a Zap fails, but the support team is always quick to help resolve any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Zapier, I was spending hours manually transferring data between apps and handling repetitive tasks like updating spreadsheets, sending follow-up emails, and syncing contacts across platforms. Zapier completely eliminated that manual work. Now everything runs automatically in the background, which frees me up to focus on higher-value work. It's also reduced human error significantly since the automations run consistently every time. The ROI has been fantastic — I'd estimate it saves me at least 5-10 hours per week.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes my work so much easier. I eliminates lots of unnecessary steps.

Great Integrations, Testing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier to create workflows that can automate some of my daily tasks. I like how there are a lot of app integrations. I also like the copilot, which helps bridge the gap from what I want to make and actually implementing it, especially with some Java and Python coding knowledge. One zap I use integrates Zoom Workplace and Outlook, which are both apps that I use all day at work. The initial setup of Zapier was pretty easy; I got a link to create my account and set it up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing on Zapier is a nightmare. My biggest complaint is the only way to truly test is to publish the draft and then see what breaks. There is no way to get new "test items" when in draft mode. It is actually horrendous to test with. I don't want to use one dummy test item for everything because I am trying to make a workflow that works in a bunch of different instances and edge cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to automate daily workflows, consolidate authorized payments, and integrate apps like Zoom and Outlook. It slightly boosts team efficiency by merging information into one email daily.
Easy Connections and Smooth Coding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily connect with people, and I can write code without any trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike overall, but the server takes too much time to open the website. I’m not sure what’s going on with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem-solving is good. It solves problems easily for me, and I can perform the maximum operations on it.
