Powerful tool that save lots of human hours
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with most of apps. Their AI is also very helpful it will automatically create entire zap
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be a little better But again that'a learning curve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Klaviyo and Zero Bounce and Zapier integrates them in real time and with few clicks. We have custom endpoint that Zapier calls on certain events

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zapier really easy to set up for most connections between platforms. It's great for automating processes, even allowing for manual steps if needed. I use it across different platforms, especially for marketing tasks, and it integrates well with tools like Mailchimp, Gravity Forms, Google Sheets, and Excel. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I continue to build more as new needs arise. I am so satisfied with it that I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI suggestion feature doesn't usually work that well and often relies on other AI to help with things like writing Python scripts. It just doesn't really suggest the right things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier for automating complex platforms and connecting marketing platforms, making setup easy and allowing manual steps if needed.

At times, the process for setting up integrations can be quite lengthy. I’d suggest offering and using more pre-built workflows and templates during the setup to make it faster and smoother.

I like how Zapier pulls data from one site and puts it on the next. I didn't know this was possible. It helps our website and CRM talk to each other. The initial setup was very easy to follow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zapier works really well and is very detailed. Their AI function is really good and helpful, especially when a task can't be done in a zap; it helps you find a way to make it work. Their customer service is excellent, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything. It works great for us. It's just, maybe if more companies can integrate with Zapier better, that would be more helpful because sometimes there's limitations with what other softwares can do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zapier expands the capabilities of Pipedrive with other software by filling in all the gaps where there are no native integrations. It solves everything from timing follow-ups and closing deals based on date fields to creating weekly digests. Sometimes, the possibilities feel endless. The support is always responsive and helpful, giving actual solutions to my problems. Zapier Agents have been fun to experiment with, and I use them to search the web to keep up to date on feature updates. Zapier is much more robust and has more applications compared to make.com. Although there was a learning curve, the support made it easy.

It’s reliable, flexible, and works quietly in the background, letting me focus on more important tasks. I mainly use features like multi-step Zaps, triggers and actions, and filters in Zapier. These help me automate complete workflows, like capturing data, processing it, and sending updates automatically. The ability to connect multiple apps and add logic makes it very valuable, as it saves time and reduces manual effort. The initial setup of Zapier was very easy for me. The interface is intuitive, and creating a Zap with triggers and actions is straightforward. I was able to set up my first workflow within minutes without needing any technical complexity.

One area where Zapier could improve is pricing, as some advanced features are only available in higher plans. Also debugging complex workflows can sometimes be a bit tricky when something doesn’t work as expected. Improving error messages and making troubleshooting more user friendly would make the experience even better.
