Unmatched Application Stack Breadth
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer breadth of their application stack far exceeds anybody else.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of tasks is absurdly high, especially when you consider that some tasks that count as 1 on other platforms burn multiple tasks on Zapier, such as posting multiple rows to a webhook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is by far the easiest of the automation platforms, within reach of non-technical people. The breadth of their applications is enormous. Configuring an MCP to interact with Claude and other LLM's is a really fantastic tool
Co pilot Makes It Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
How easy co pilot makes it to use. It can control almost anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copilot is sometimes buggy, and there is no integration with Ring or certain Honeywell thermostats
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me generate owner statements, move financials to Airtable email Guest asking him for a review on Google and much more
Powerful Delegation, but Troubleshooting Can Be Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows the magic of delegation and for me to multiply my efforts many times over.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be difficult to troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves my problem of lack of availability as it takes actions on my behalf and serves customers.
Easy to Use, Fast Results
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use and navigate, and it shows results quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the downtime can be really annoying, and it ends up causing issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment verification is quick, and it’s easy to send out resources to confirmed leads.
So Many Possibilities—Excited to Automate My Piano Studio
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, it feels like it has so many possibilities, and I’ve only scratched the surface. I’m not techy at all, and I’ve only just started researching what it can do. As my business grows, I think I’ll use it more to automate tasks in my piano studio. I stumbled upon it through MyMusicStaff.com. Right now, I just have it set up to respond automatically to inquiries, and I’m not confident I’ve done it right. Still, I’m excited to dig in and figure it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels a little overwhelming to me. I think it could be more user-friendly overall. That said, I’ve noticed it has become easier to use since I first tried it. Still, the pages feel very busy, and at times it can be a bit too much and ends up feeling overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, I’m trying to set up automatic responses for piano lesson inquiries. I’d also love to automate some of my other routine communication and scheduling tasks. I’m a single mom of four kids who homeschools and runs a piano studio with 25 students, so I need to save time everywhere I can.
Saves Admin Time and Keeps Me on Track as a Solopreneur
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me administrative time and helps me keep track of things that might slip through the cracks because I'm a solopreneur without staff to delegate to. Also the support is very helpful in troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features available for non-paid users. I don't need that many zaps running so I don't yet see it's worth it to invest in a paid plan but I'd love to be able to integrate multiple steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier saves me time on administrative tasks so that I can focus on delivering services to my clients and designing new programs.

They keep renaming things, and it can be a bit confusing at times.

Zapier connects disparate tools and helps everything work together in ways I didn’t even realize were possible.
Inviting, But Integrations Rarely Work as Expected
What do you like best about the product?
It seems like it will work and is inviting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've invested lots of time building integrations over the last four years and each time, it really seemed like it would work. But it only worked once for a very simple task.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, even with the limited programming skills I have as someone who majored in networking. It’s also time saving, which helps improve productivity, especially with its integration across apps and systems.

Can become a bit pricey and if integrations break then workflow also fails so that dependency is a bit of a setback

Automation is reducing manual work on repetitive tasks, it's improving our communication through automated alerts. It is saving us a lot of time
Zapier Makes Business-Critical Automation and Reporting Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zapier at multiple jobs previously. I have found it to be a great resource for automating business critical tasks and seamlessly integrating with a variety of systems and services for providing financial reporting for leadership
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think i have any complaints. Occasionally, i did find myself spending more than usual time on the support chat, especially when API calls would fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a way to connect multiple systems like Smartsheets, JIRA and Google spreadsheets to measure ROI across the work being delivered by our dev teams.
