Exactly what I was looking for
What do you like best about the product?
While developing a no-code platform, I needed some additional integrations to make most of my website autonomous. With only a few clicks, I came across Zapier and realized it could integrate all that I was looking for (in that case, Airtable, Softr and Paperform). Being a start-up, the free version is serving me perfectly, and I'll sure sign up for the paid plans as we grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I can be a little complicated to understand if you never used an automation product before, but it only takes you a few tests and tutorials to get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is being my right hand on integrating Paperform submissions to my Airtable base. On Paperform I need to use a very complex and long questionnaire and, even so, Zapier's simple interface makes it a lot easier.
I love this app! My best friend to help me connect what's not organically connected!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, you can integrate loads of tools that don't have an organic integration in a matter of minutes! Excellent customer support, fast and friendly - Zapier is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some actions (triggers) are not available yet for some of the tools, which makes me not able to use them if I needed them. But their support is always happy to take the feature request!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating tools that can't be integrated organically - performing tasks at the back that reduce my manual tasks and help me being more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is extremely easy to implement and plugs in to so many services seamlessly. It makes transferring data into multiple applications ridiculously easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the triggers can be a little tricky to figure out, but it is generally a data issue with the application integrated and not with Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't use Zapier as aggressively as some do. For me it transfers contact records to a partner organization for immediate telephone outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
it makes the process of pulling in different reports into our process street check lists so we can start a checklist based on the reports. We are able to keep track of more things this way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes items are not pulling over due to the time they were filled in.................................................................................................
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when a tenant places the move out date into applolio it pulls over the report so we make sure to send them the proper check lists, it makes it to where our employees have the to do list and nothing gets missed
Zapier is the most compatible software for integrating SaaS.
What do you like best about the product?
It contains the default and customizable features, but there is also a limitation regarding its scope. Hooks and then create a zap whenever you want to create a custom build for your system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some other features are not available and other software is not compatible yet. I hope they will give more zaps for more automation for less price. Or at least there will be a discount for loyal customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making my job easier by having automation and the information is going to a CRM that will give me more profit for the business.
Really useful for automations and flows
What do you like best about the product?
Saves time with automations and easy to use, friendly from an information security perspective. Great for sales and marketing functions. Can be used across various platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get complicated when there are too many, and difficult to organise all the different automations but that can be due to the fact that we have too many. Generally happy with the tool and have been using for years
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating and integrating between various platforms, via a secured tool like Zapier. Especially with data transfer and GDPR, it's much better to use Zapier than any manual processes
Best Integration Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best platform integrates many platforms with every possible trigger and is fast and reliable for business purposes. Zapier offers some premium connectors, such as ServiceNow, with PayPal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such platform that will offer these many integrations, but there is a lack of technical support to know things better that was the only thing while using this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is proving to the market that integrations are made accessible from one to another. Also, it is easy to configure the zaps, which can be done asynchronously and tested.
Automates my workflows and helps me be more organized.
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier helps me keep track of my meetings, I set it to where it notifies me via slack about calendar appointments. Works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there are some apps, I'd like to integrate and they don't support HubSpot is one of them, but hopefully, they will in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its pings me when I have meetings, it also sends a ping in slack when someone results as churn in profitwell, a third party app we use to keep track of customer count.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic ability to pull info from one place to another which allows me to do certain tasks automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is lacking. It usually takes them at least a day to respond, and there is no phone number to call for help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have asked them to resolve an issue between their link between Zapier and their Procore Purchase order module creation.
Excellent Middleware Software To Act As The "Glue" Between Your Software Applications
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier allows us to easily integrate different software applications and connect them, allowing us to scale our marketing efforts and results with ease at a very reasonable cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes setting up the workflows (Zaps) can work as not intended causing major issues. Customer support is email-based meaning it can take a while to resolve an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allowed us to connect different low-cost software applications without having to pay for a SaaS-based solution that would cost an arm and a leg to setup and use.
