Zapier is Ah-Mazing
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the integrations available with zapier. It has made automating so simple

A Magical Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate programs together to reduce manual work and therefore minimize human error is life changing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always user-friendly and some aspects do require some serious learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting programs that don't natively talk, helping to reduce by workload and ensure accurate data across all platforms.
Connecting all of my databases and lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect different systems and move data from place to place in a workflow. Set things up and automate the processes you used to do manually. Very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it bugs up or drops the connection and you have to reconnect your elements. It could be better by having more troubleshooting. If a person leaves a space in their email for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a leads generation flow between my CRM and my MA platform and other systems in our environment. Makes me more productive because I don't have to follow it.
Nearly perfect, but missing some integrations
What do you like best about the product?
We love Zapier for automating and pathing critical alerts to the right people and channels across our organization. It's beneficial across the Google space and Slack in particular.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned in the review headline, Zapier is only as great as its system integrations. We have some industry, and business-specific tools we wish were offered as partners with Zapier integrations. Hopefully, this will happen soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is at its best for our organization when it is finding and funneling relevant information from alias inboxes to the right audience. It's increasing our response and resolution times across the business!
Easy to setup and use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it was easy to setup the connection initially. The user interface is simple and straightforward, and makes setting up triggers and actions in a step by step flow extremely simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there were insufficient triggers for my use case of automating data ingestion into google sheets from posthog. There was only 1 trigger which was not enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem I'm trying to solve is that I was tasked to build a dashboard for product usage on google sheets. The product usage data comes from posthog and so a data pipeline is needed to send the data to google sheets.
Easy to use and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier helps me gathering all my leads to one list. It is very easy to configure and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have really much to say about dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multible sites that are gathering leads for my emaillist and Zapier is helping me to gather the leads all in one place. Now I have a great overview over all my leads.
Create integration between applications
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very useful for creating the necessary integrations between applications that one uses. It offers the possibility to perform many integrations, the ones I have used the most are Google Sheets, Forms, WooCommerce.
What do you dislike about the product?
When starting to use the platform, it is somewhat complicated; only with time does one end up adapting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some errors occurred when testing some automation. At the time, contact the technical staff and with their help, I was able to solve it.
Simple and effective
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use and the number of different platforms it includes. The setup is very simple and you can quickly have integrations between tools sharing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of visibility in the errors, most are residual, but it would be good to have detailed logs of the errors.

Zapier has improved my life more than my recent divorce!
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is great for connecting things to other things. We use it for connecting Mobilo card to kvCORE and google sheets to Asana. It's wicked useful in automating tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier is pretty confusing, lots of testing is needed to make sure the zaps are working. Also when testing a zap, the process moves much quicker than when in actual use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping us 'recycle' the waste product from one company to another. For example, leads who do not rent an apartment are sent to the brokerage as leads for potential home buyers.

some of the platforms steps are not clear or there to use. Example facebook events does not integrate yet with anything
