Extremely Helpful for Connecting Platforms and Automating Workflows

It’s been extremely helpful for connecting different platforms to automate my business needs—for example, linking my sales platforms with my email list automations.

Zapier Makes Scalable Automation and AI Experimentation Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is one of the most practical tools for getting work done at scale. As a marketer, I use it to connect data sources, trigger real-time alerts across communication platforms, and streamline workflows that would otherwise require engineering support. More recently, it has become a key layer in supporting our AI-driven initiatives, enabling faster experimentation and operational efficiency without adding complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier’s UI has become increasingly complex as new features have been added, which can make onboarding and navigation unintuitive at times. There’s a learning curve to understanding how different components fit together, especially for newer users. Once you’re familiar, it’s powerful, but the initial experience could be streamlined. I’d like to see more emphasis on user testing and simplification of core workflows to reduce friction and help users get to value faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier acts as the backbone of our AI-driven automation and GTM workflows. It connects our core systems, eliminates manual tasks, and enables real-time data movement across tools without requiring engineering resources. This allows our team to move faster, reduce operational overhead, and scale programs that would otherwise be too resource-intensive. We rely on it daily to power everything from lead routing and alerts to internal tooling and AI-based processes.
Effortless Zapier Automation That Streamlined Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zapier was the ease in setting up automated system responses to achieve the goal I needed. I could set it and forget it and trust that it was operating correctly in the background. This improved our workflow because we were able to automate something that was done manually prior and took up tons of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked was the held zaps and plans that didnt quite fit our need for the day to day volume we were getting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated functions of vital form fills from consumers being housed and documented in our CRM. This has freed up so much time for focusing on boosting income revenue in other areas.
User-Friendly Automation with Plenty of Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it easier to automate our Monday.com contacts. This helps free up time spending on logging contacts. The UI is very user friendly. There are so many app integrations to choose from. Pricing is competitive and support is helpful. Haven't used the AI features yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little tricky at first to understand. I would as support for help if you need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our CRM Monday.com and emails.
Easy No-Code Automations, but Pricing Hold It Back
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier's drag and-drop workflow builder makes it easy to connect apps without touching code, which has saved real time on repetitive tasks. The integration library is massive, most tools we use day to day are supported out of the box. Performance is generally reliable once workflows are running, though occasionally a zap will need a manual trigger to get back on track. The UI is clean and intuitive, making onboarding new users straightforward. On the AI side, the newer automation suggestions are a nice touch, though still maturing. My main gripe is pricing, as your workflow complexity grows, so does the cost, and it can add up fast. Overall a solid platform that delivers ROI for most teams, just keep an eye on your task usage
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is the biggest pain point, task limits scale up quickly and you can find yourself bumping against your plan before you know it. Occasionally a zap will silently fail without a clear error message, making troubleshooting more time-consuming than it should be. The AI features feel more like a work in progress than a polished tool. Support response times can be slow on lower-tier plans, and the help documentation, while extensive, isn't always easy to navigate. For teams with advanced automation needs, the cost-to-value ratio starts to slip.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier eliminates the manual work of moving data between platforms. syncing leads, triggering follow-ups, updating records across tools without anyone touching it. That automation layer frees up time that used to go toward repetitive tasks and lets the team stay focused on higher value work. It's also bridged gaps between tools that don't natively integrate, which has been a real operational win. The visibility into workflow history helps with accountability and troubleshooting. Bottom line, it reduces human error and keeps processes running in the background consistently.
Easy, No-Code Automations Without Needing Technical Expertise
What do you like best about the product?
ability to create automations without requiring extensive technical knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
there are so many options it can be overwhelming to choose what is right or best
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to see views from two calendars in one place, so I do not book meetings over spots where I am not free
Zapier Keeps Getting Better with Powerful Connections Everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has connections to nearly every tool that I use. There are so many ways to use Zapier and it seems that every month there are new improvements to the product.

Easy-to-Build Workflows with a Wide Range of Connectors and Evolving Features
What do you like best about the product?
The workflows are very easy to understand and build, the list of connectors covers a wide variety of products and uses, and the number of features and elements, like the agents, are constantly evolving and expanding to meet growing needs and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some learning curves around some of the more extensive workflows, and I'm concerned that some AI programs may begin to overlap with what Zapier offers, but I'm confident that Zapier will be able to establish a lane that keeps them an effective automation option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects and tasks that used to be time consuming are now automated and many programs that used to be separated or siloed now are connected to perform extremely well.
Zapier Makes App Connections Effortless and Saves Me a Ton of Time
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it easy to connect different apps and saves me a lot of time. For example, when a new calendar event is created, Zapier grabs the person’s name and makes sure their email is added to my CRM and my mailing list generator.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that not all my systems are available in the zapier space. There is one workflow that has to happen outside of the Zapier space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me keep my CRM contact information up-to-date and saves me hours in inputting information into 2 different systems.
