Automates Repetitive Workflows and Saves Hours Each Week

  • April 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It automates repetitive workflows, connects apps seamlessly, and saves me hours each week by cutting down on manual tasks and boosting overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can scale quickly as task volume grows, which makes the ROI harder to justify for high-usage workflows. Debugging more complex Zaps isn’t always intuitive, especially when errors span multiple steps or integrations. Some integrations also feel limited compared to native features, so I end up relying on workarounds. Performance can occasionally lag, with noticeable delays in task execution. Onboarding is straightforward at a basic level, but mastering advanced logic takes time, and support responses can vary in depth. The AI features are promising, but they still feel somewhat limited when it comes to handling more complex automation scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle with manual data entry and a set of disconnected tools. Now we automate workflows across apps, which has significantly reduced repetitive work and errors. Tasks like syncing leads from forms into our CRM, triggering follow-ups, and updating spreadsheets used to take hours each week; now they run automatically through a simple UI with strong integrations.

Overall, it’s improved both consistency and speed, and performance has been reliable even when handling high volumes of tasks. Pricing does increase with usage, but the time saved and the reduction in mistakes still deliver solid ROI for us. Onboarding was quick for the basic setups we needed, and support was helpful whenever we ran into questions. The added AI features also streamline steps like data formatting, making our workflows more efficient end to end.

Automation Powerhouse with User-Friendly Interface

  • April 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zapier's easy user interface and the almost endless possibilities it offers for automating workflows. I'm particularly fond of its ability to connect ClickUp and Workday, as it takes some inputs from our HRIS, puts them on Google Sheets, and then brings them into ClickUp as tasks. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I really enjoy the efficiency it adds to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to figure out how to set things up at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier for automating workflows, connecting various tools, and integrating inputs from our HRIS into ClickUp. It has an easy user interface and almost endless possibilities.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is very hard initially to understand. Having a video demo could help users on how to use.

Easy to Use, Flexible Automation with Unmatched Integration and Performance

  • April 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, one of the first tools in the market to capture the automation side with a no-code and low-code capability. Very flexible. Great great integration, and performance is unmatched.
Pricing wise it is slightly expensive when compared with other tools, however the user experience and easiness to use is what it excels in.

AI capability is basic but good, technical support is good as well, they respond timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and number of operations in each package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to connect a ton of different tools together and to manage workflows for my clients. It helps me keep everything organized and moving smoothly across the tools I rely on.

Easy to Access, with a Vast Range of Connectors

  • April 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to access, and I appreciate the vast amount of connectors available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often end up finding a better way to set up my workflows in Zapier a while after I’ve already built them. It would be really helpful if there were some kind of suggestion feature to point out improvements or alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helped resolve a lot of performance issues, and the pricing feels really strong for the ROI. I mainly use it for support and to speed up my workflows, which makes day-to-day work smoother.

Zapier Automates the Busywork and Keeps Our Apps in Sync

  • April 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier basically takes care of all the boring stuff that used to eat up my whole morning. Instead of copying lead info from one place and pasting it into another, it now happens automatically. That’s a huge relief, because I don’t have to worry about typos or forgetting to update a spreadsheet. It connects the different apps we use so they actually work together, and I can finally focus on my real work.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main issue is how quickly the cost adds up once you start relying on it for everything. Since they charge based on how many tasks run, a busy month can make the bill a bit of a shock. It can also get messy when a "Zap" stops working because one of the connected apps changed something on their end. Then you’re stuck digging through the settings to figure out what went wrong, which can be a real pain—especially if you have a lot of different steps and automations set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mostly solves the problem of having a bunch of different tools that don’t talk to each other. Before we started using this, I was spending way too much time moving data around by hand, which was a total waste of energy. Now I can basically set it and forget it. The biggest benefit for me is the peace of mind: when someone fills out a form or pays an invoice, the right people get notified, and the information goes exactly where it needs to be without me having to think about it.

What do you dislike about the product?
