What do you like best about the product?
It is a cloud based and lightweight agent to protect our endpoint from the zero-day attacks. It consumed less CPU and RAM uses in compare to other EDR solution. It works on signature-less technique. It scan real time.
It is very easy to use and implement.
We can integrate a large number of application and support provided to the customer is very excellent.

CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection is useful in terms of detecting vulnerabilities on endpoints, it not only scans endpoints but goes as far as protecting the network of the organisation against cyber threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection GUI may look easy on the eye but there is alot going on under its "hud" that I would say isn't user friendly, you need to get the hang of using CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection to know how to navigate through it and set things well in their place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection has assisted our organisation in reducing the footprint of the amount of vulnerabilities out there that could pose a threat our endpoints and network.

It offers ample features for all platforms- windows,linux and max. The user interface is easy to use. Crowdstrike query helps in investigating the alerts more deeply. With right access containment and real time connection proves to be great when working critical alerts. Its machine learning and custom intelligence capabilities makes sure that no incident is overlooked. It also provides great customer support. Implementing tuning for white listing is also simple

Search capabilities sometimes gives false results.

IOC management has a lot to improve especially option to add locations or patterns to stop threata

Stoping malicious PowerShell scripts that come with cracked tools that students won't stop installing

The reporting and interface continue to improve. The NextGen AI has been very helpful as well.

It has helped to free up our IT department from having to constantly worry about malware and malicious software infecting our endpoints.
great for detection of PUP and malware and minor issue.

OOTB the product is great for detection and prevention of mallwares and PUP. Comes with a lot of dashboards as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still missing some customation of specfic features and its hard to forward logs to 3rd party solution.
