Automated threat protection for endpoints
What do you like best about the product?
Blocking malicious files automatically. very user friendly in access and management.The process tree features for the alerts help to get the detail explanation of the alert lifecycle and helps to understand them better. If the device is disconnected from network still it helps to protect the device.
What do you dislike about the product?
False positives counts are bit high sometimes which can raise a lot of tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to block malicious executables automatically. It has a lot of data from different clients which is used to get update with the trends and tactics used by different adversary and help to protect in real time. Managing endpoints is very easy even if the count is more. The process tree features for the alerts help to get the detail explanation of the alert lifecycle and helps to understand them better.

It comes under the golden quadrant for edr tools and it is very easy to use. It is one of the leading edr tools in the market

What do you like best about the product?
Overall experience with Crowd strike endpoint protection is great. It's one of the best AVs ever we have used for our endpoints. The crowd strike best part is agent is lightweight and provides great security benefits.

We haven't faced any challenges with Endpoint protection.

What do you like best about the product?
Falcon gives the best Complete endpoint security, we have been using Falcom from the last years and found it very good as a result, and the performance as an Endpoint antivirus a very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crowdstrike not provding a remediation option in the basic pack for remediation, we need to buy the Falcon Complete solution; this is a big issue with Crowdstrike

1. It learns with time according to the internal software that you use so that you may face issues of false-positive very often.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, my experience with the product is excellent. Cloud-based endpoint Protection to manage from centralized dashboard and UI for such a color full so see and handling the portal is very responsive—one of the best AV for the systems and servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, we haven't faced any problem with the CrowdStrike

Crowd Strike improves our business from security standards.
EDR with performance
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using this from last 1 year and it is good EDR solution with good performance and features. Detection rates are good and it will give exposure for threat hunting and investigations. It will give real time visibility on the hosts. It gives sandbox integration feature, so you can integrate other third party sandbox to it. Installation is easy and agent file is small.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crowdstrike is more expensive, Another one point is while doing investigations and threat hunting search filters are not user friendly. Need to improve search facility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes interface will confuse as it is trigger alerts in two different sections. So the user needs to monitor both Detection alerts and Incidents alerts. When it comes to blacklisting IOCs it will not block IP which is added in the IOC watchlist instead it will give alert for it. For hashes and domains it will block them which is fine.

Automatic device containment (in conjuction with ExtraHop) is one of our biggest benefits. Additional integrations with MS Teams has made endpoint management a breeze.

The most liked about this product is powerful endpoint detection within deeply detailed information about the incidents which helps our Security team to deep down into the issue. Which helps our teams productivity.
