Great tool for AR, with a couple of drawbacks...
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of great functionality for AR, including Billing and Cash Receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that in order to reverse a prior invoice, you have to reverse all of the invoices that came after it. Not only is this time-consuming but if rate updates occurred since the subsequent invoices first posted, you could come up with different totals when they are re-calc'd. And if the customer already paid those subsequent invoices it really complicates things. I also wish there was more functionality for collections - ways to notify when it's time to follow up, a greater character limit, etc. We ended up opting for a different tool to track collection statuses.

Invoice automation, cash applications, unapplied cash tracking, complex project set-up

I have not experienced many problems which would force me to dislike it so far

I love the ease and convenience of the Costpont mobile app.

The user interface of the system could be more streamline and modern looking.

What do you like best about the product?
I find CP is user friendly and is end user focused in listening and creating new innovative ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see CP have more options to link applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CP is solving the never ending issues of getting employees to enter their time and having managers approve it in a timely manner with mobile and interactive email.

User friendly and love our reps. Alicia, Sandy, and Patti are excellent!

Tickets usually take too long to resolve and many times have to escalate

It's taking care of our financial needs
So far so good but ready to move into more applications.
What do you like best about the product?
Really looking forward to 8.2 release in terms of the timesheet email functionality. Having the timesheets be pretty easy to use is helpful for our employees.

The lag in expense reports module is frustrating. Either it is really slow to react or just gets hung up completely.

Having employees create their own expense reports and having an approval system for them.

Service, centralized marketplace to connect like-minded people in the industries

Many useful hidden features within the application that I am not aware of. Make them more visible to users

Tracking costs and making that they are recorded in the right place, or correct accounts.
