Promising new updates
What do you like best about the product?
Deltek Costpoint has been improving its user interface making it more user friendly even for non technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Turnaround time for cases/support ticket has been increasingly taking longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timekeeping, Reports Generation, Project Planning, Invoicing, Accounting.

The user friendly interface and technical capabilities to comply with multiple regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the support representative for an issue isn't knowledgeable enough and provides incorrect or confusing recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
The live action answers to our questions were great. There looks like many great things coming with the 8.2 update. Much appreciated the examples on the slides as well. There were a few questions missed, but glad they will follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the random 403 and 502 errors. It can cause delays in our work. But thankfully they are rare.

Deltek Costpoint can be a little too much for small companies and can be complex to navigate.

Provides a unififed accounitng and contracting package.

We use time & expense module daily a must for our GovConWire business

Upgrade to 8.2 had some hiccups for users but again customer service support great

I would like the ability to choose a theme for my space. Similar to what Microsoft offers.

Costpoint, Materials and Cost Acctg
What do you like best about the product?
Costpoint is a comprehensive ERP software that support project oriented businesses. In comparison to other softwares it is highly configurable and allows users to incorporate their business rules. Project visibility is the "best" feature in Costpoint. Being able to view your Project's overall health with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stability of new releases and the introduction of "defects" to back functionality is Costpoints biggest issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with our Deltek Financial systems

Issues with Deltek Talent Management System particularly I9. When not utilizing standard documents driver's license and SS cars and using Visa/Green card system has issues feeding to Everify

Deltek states it's a know issue no resolution
Amazing customer support with friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service along with Help information is useful. I like that it continues to evolve especially with AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've ran into a couple of instances where CP limits the option for year end close to match our needs. Although I generally love customer service, sometimes there are significant delay if someone is on leave.

I love how it can easy be integrated with other downstream system , allowing for multiple report views.
