Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The recent system updates have helped with user needs and offer a range or products for goverment contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of step by step instructions can make some of the modules hard to use especially for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the modules easier to use for accounting purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Deltek is great for managing expense authorizations and reports. Easy to update and create. Users are able to share and see everything.
Time portion is easy to navigate and has benefication information about employees leave status, paystubs.

What do you dislike about the product?
The program seems to freeze up or is tying to catch up with the speed of use. Not sure if it is doing updates during the day but it can stall work for minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now is helping us keep track of when people are not doing their timesheets and how often. The reports we pull are helpful with knowing if we are keeping in compliance with timekeeping.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that data from multiple departments is accessible on one platform. From our timesheets to Purchase Requests/Purchase Orders, Accounting information, and Contract information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility when assigning PR approval notifications. Certain procurement reports don't seem to run as efficiently as they could. Often when exporting to excel view it gets very messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to track our purchases made on contract or not.

The overall comprehensive ERP solution that integrates project planning with project reporting

It can be somewhat cumbersome to use. You need a well documented guide for each area and module.

It can be difficult to administer because the system is quite complex. But once you have it set up right it's easy

I cannot really answer that until we have able to utilize some of the features which we are still learning about.

Anytime there is an update with upgrade or maintenance, we have to go back and change our customizations, which I don't think we should have to do

I like the support and patience we've gotten from cost point as we transition from QB to Deltek

I am not computer saavy or an accountant so learning curve is pretty high

Deltek employees have been great to work with. Very knowledgeable about their products. Would highly recommend to anyone.

There are lots of functions many will not use. Training can be petty intense.

What do you like best about the product?
Manual reporting requirements done away with. CP produces great reports saving much time.

Needing a technical education on the full scope of the product to make certain system changes.

Again…mostly reporting. No more manual rate calculations.
