worry free print management solution
What do you like best about the product?
easy to manage network printer, cool printer driver repository.

PrinterLogic makes it easy to manage printers and not manage print servers
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic make sit easy to deploy IP printers as local printers to different users in our environment. It allows me to add drivers, mange them, and push them out to the users with ease. PrinterLogic really makes managing end-user printing hassle free. It is very easy to deploy new printers or changes across the organization with the built-in Active Directory integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if PrinterLogic could also track the use of local printers without having to consume a licensed device for them. That would really make it an even better tool to manage the print environment. The ability to track supply levels on the managed printers would be nice as well, but I am told it is coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more print server to manage. Installing local printers take a lot of the guesswork out of troubleshooting. Centralized management is also key. It helps me do everything I need from one console. Driver updates are a piece of cake.

Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

less printers to install less problems with them installing incorrectly
A simple but powerful software!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the software best. You can also reach manage the software without being on your customer's network.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are not looking for several authentication methods at a copier then this software is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving with my customers are server maintenance elimination.Everything is in the cloud so the benefit is recouping yearly maintenance of a physical server.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PrinterCloud would give you the best flexibility for print management.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It has made my life with printers a whole lot easier. Not dealing with a printer server is a godsend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish they had a repository of printer drivers. It is not a major negative, but a wish list item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found the product at a Dell World conference several years ago. Being able to get rid of the print server was the best day I had. The benefits are it just works. People log in and they have the printers they need. The time it saves and the number of printing issues that I don't deal with are a big positive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just make sure you have current drivers for all of your printers. I did have to update some of the ones I had. And I had to educate our users on the change.
Pain free print driver deployment
What do you like best about the product?
Printerlogic makes deploying drivers easy and pain free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to authenticate devices where the client is installed. AD integration would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid deployment and quick setting changes for print drivers across our network environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how frustrating it is managing printers and imagine simplifying the process with cloud software that allows you to make changes on the fly and empower your users without requiring any Administrative intervention.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy printer setup for our mobile offices for any of our users that show up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike was having to actually use a Mac to to register the Mac drivers for so few Mac users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to move off of old IP printer mapping to a one click type of printer set up per office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If print servers give you headaches or users don't know what printers are near them, then this is the perfect product

PrinterLogic is priced per printer vs. user or tenant.

No longer need to deal with an on-prem and unreliable windows print server. PrinterLogic is direct-IP and changes made in printer logic deploy out to printers automatically.
