Easy to use and works well
What do you like best about the product?
We had experienced problems with the MS PrintNightmare making deploying printers very buggy. Switching to using PrinterLogic was fast, reliable, and has enabled us to not have to worry about our printers and focus on other tasks. Initial deployment went mostly smooth with a few minor issues but support was excellent to get the issues figured out and get the product deployed. Ongoing support has also been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not fond of browser extension based agent deployment and we had some initial work to get it to work correctly but it has been fine since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft print servers and driver deployment were crippled by PrintNightmare exploit. Made it extremely difficult to consistently add printers and drivers to workstations. PrinterLogic immediately fixed the issues once deployed.
Great application to get rid of print servers
What do you like best about the product?
There are no print server and utilizes IP printing from the client. The application is very easy to use and is for the most part once setup a hands off application.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no fax functions like other products
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting rid of print servers.

Finally something good about printers!
What do you like best about the product?
It just works, it makes sense, and it makes printer management a breeze.
It's just reliable and simple, and easy to integrate, which is a nice change compared to the days of Windows Print Server...
Excellent csutomer support too, and improvments are brought in regularly.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be fair, i can't think of any major drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was initially deploy as a workaround for the Print Nightmware issue, and it turned out to be just a great printer management solution.
PrinterLogic review from a financial institution
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for users to install printers on demand without IT assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we haven't had any issues with it, it works as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support requests from end users needing to be connected to printers they don't already have with no IT involvement.
Printer Nightmare no more!
What do you like best about the product?
Overall ease of use. Allowing our users to add printers seamlessly. Support is easy and allows for less frustrations. We were able to push out the GPO integration and implement that without any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment, we have used Printerlogic for less than 6 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PrinterLogic to avoid the printer nightmare vulnerability tied to the print spoolers and print servers. With PrinterLogic we are able to have our end users point to a printer on the "map" and have it install seamlessly. Even though its a change for our users, it makes it easier as well as gives us safety knowing we are protected.
We didn't want to give local admin on each printer server to our users to avoid the printer nightmare vulnerability so PrinterLogic gives us the ability to allow users to add printers and not have extra permissions. This also fixes the common issue of "Where does this printer live?"...with PrinterLogic people can see on the map the printers near them.

Easy to deploy Printer Management without the need for a server.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy agent to user machines. We can deploy various printers without the need of a printer server.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues to dates from using this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now deploy printers to users with the use of an agent and not deal with a print server.
Print logic works well with chromebooks
What do you like best about the product?
It works well with chromebooks and with most printers
What do you dislike about the product?
The windows portion of print logic isn't as clean as the chromebook side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Print management for chromebooks is not really possible without it. Print logic is allowing relatively smooth print services for a large chromebook using group.
PrinerLogic
What do you like best about the product?
The installation was so easy. Our team got it set up in under an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hold and release printing is behind a paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more managing a print server that can lead to vulnerabilites in our network.
Listen to the reviews. It's as good as everyone says. Seriously.
What do you like best about the product?
There's no solution I've worked with that flows as seamlessly as PL. We were able to get the whole thing, from start to finish, implemented and deployed within just a few hours of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say there's anything I dislike. Maybe they can send me more cookies? I don't know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to fully eradicate the need for a Print Server. We're a smaller shop that started with just a Domain Controller that hosted most of our other processes and servers. As we began growing, we saw an immediate need to offload services away from our DC, for obvious reasons. PrinterLogic enabled us to remove entirely the print server, as well as deal with automatically adding users to their applicable printers. The more users we onboarded, the more prevalent this benefit became. Adding in new branches' printers is a breeze.
PrinterLogic is great
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup and use. Great support. Our staff seem to love it and adoption is up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The cost is surprisingly reasonable, the product does what we need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've had issues with printer GPO, and we were looking for a solution for remote site visits where we need to print.
