Salesforce Sales Cloud is unstoppable
What do you like best about the product?
We have all the tools we need in one place. Sales Cloud gives our team the ability to walk through the sales process and have all the data at their fingertips while also making their work life easier through automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have a bit of learning curve, and employees can be reluctant to adopt without ongoing training and support. Also just due to the nature of the beast, we can over build, and over complicate things easily of not careful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud gives our sales team reminders, alerts, up to date information and this is exactly what our team needed to continue campaign efforts. We now can have historical information and reminders to follow up. This has helped our team, especially new employees, get the training they need with guided steps and account information.
It is a must have software for companies with a large or medium sales organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable and you can easily create many dashboards and reports based on your needs. I love the mobile app that I can find contacts quickly and follow up on the leads on the go. We have other software that is integrated into Salesforce so our reps can use them for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the licenses is high compared to other CRM software out there. Lack of a customer support team that I can reach out to quickly if there's an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our customer data including the intend data of the prospects. Capturing leads and able to quickly follow up using tools like mass email and email templates.
Salesforce is the most useful CRM I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much it can do. It makes it so easy to keep track of millions of customers with different subscription levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a little more uptodate and user friendly, but given how many different layers and levels there are, that's a downside I'm willing to deal with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep track of my customers and where they are in the sales process. I can also easily manage who has paid and who owes the company money.
Organizing the tasks become easy.
What do you like best about the product?
In the salesforce, we can fetch all the information regarding the campaign, etc... in one place. Dashboards option gives us a clear performance of our tasks, by this we are able to analyze the data easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Salesforce even if the campaign is terminated or paused also it is showing the upcoming tasks till the campaign end date. Due to this under pending tasks, it is showing many pending tasks which look bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Force is the place where we can get all the data in one place. We will get notifications if anyone posts information or assign a task. We can assign tasks to other teammates and also can give the priority.

What do you dislike about the product?
Expertise is needed to use the features. This can make it difficult to administer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our Sales activity tracking. We are also using it to track projects and time!
Always Adapting
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provides our sales and account management teams the ability to manage their entire funnel and portfolios in one place and share the data and insights with each other through Forecast, Reports, Dashboards, and Chatter. Our leaders and teams can review data at a high level or drill into details with the click of a button to see where we have potential gaps or red flags. It's been fantastic for our sales teams to use the Gmail integration to easily log emails, calls, or add new contacts on the spot. Sales Cloud has really increased efficiency and saved valuable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently our team has struggled to enable Einstein features and use them productively. There are some tools available and some you just pay extra for which is not always clearly laid out, especially with opportunity scoring and forecast features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time insights from emails and calls on which contacts are engaged and ready to buy. Activity tracking is essential. Second, pipeline inspection is changing how our sales leaders see their pipeline movement and which deals are not moving, stuck in a stage, have no activity, or are not engaged with the right contacts. The insights here are gaining traction with more data.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce allows for quick and a centralized location for all your data. Our sales cloud allows for a flexibility of aspect of our business. No competition is out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike it is easy to use and program. Available for user of all types by created profiles and security. Sometimes it can be time consuming but worth it!

Centralized location for all business aspects. From data, reports analytics and process. Allows us to be more productive and makes more efficient. From user to management
Easy way to organize our sales
What do you like best about the product?
My dashboards answers my mentor, my accountant and my questions at a click of the button. I have no extended our offering and we are able to be smart and precise on areas to focus on!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pricy for small organizations and it does take time to get into the habit of data entering (like all crms)
