What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and absolutely goes above and beyond on serving our needs. We utilize salesforce as our CRM for both sales outbound efforts and current customer management. The system is excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything major that I dislike, salesforce has been serving everything we need it to. It is very user-friendly and integrates with all of our systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we have solved is managing customer data/accounts and also our outbound efforts to penetrate new markets. Salesforce has been a must-have, we wouldn't be able to function without it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is all in 1 CRM platform which eases work and helps to close more deals quickly and create strong customer relations.It is flexible to use. Best things are Customer cloud,Marketing cloud,Dashboards,Email templates and many.
What do you dislike about the product?
No such evident dislikes i have,whatever is the need of the business it fulfills it at the best way.No need for any improvements.It is already best CRM TOOL in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce manages customers data in efficient way.Helps me to check the requirements of customers and the best part is activity and notes which helps me to keep track of customers and regular followups,easy conversion as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a compact software, Easy to use and user friendly for the people to track the lead status, details etc.. with proper future task as well. The best part is regarding the future task notification on the software and even to the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as such. But It would be better if all can see a lead details without an edit option even though if you don't have the lead then I feel this will be helpful for the associates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales CRM it is helping to track all the leads with activities and update the status on regular basic with a proper tracking on the same. I would say an easy to use CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability the most. You have one database with all data over your leads/opportunities and accounts. You can customize the various views administrative or individual, and therefore can adjust the data to your role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a bit more modern touch, but that's honestly a small issue. Because of its powerfulness, there might be some features that are not so easy to find - but that's solvable with a bit of research. E.g., Salesforce Trailhead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us one holistic view of our leads, prospects and customers - throughout the buying cycle and Customer success. The whole GTM organization has access to and can share information. It also allows us a full view of each level - from the detailed view of a specific account to overall reports about the organizations/regional results.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a comprehensive solution for improving the performance of any company's sales team. Its suite of automated tools and features gives teams rapid access to customer information, enabling them to become customers faster than ever before. The ability to personalise processes with just a few clicks quickly increases sales while simplifying operations across all devices, whether desktop or mobile. With quick access and actionable insights derived from trusted customer data, users can more accurately estimate potential close opportunities, helping to increase overall sales success rates in an efficient way never before possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Salesforce Sales Cloud's slow performance on rare occasions can be a bottleneck for the entire system. I also feel that their chat support should be optimised to avoid having to use two different browser windows to properly perform certain operations. In addition, duplicate cases are an unnecessary obstacle that should be avoided as they hinder progress and productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves my problem of managing multiple customer cases and data simultaneously. With this CRM system, I can reliably process all the necessary information for each individual deal in an organised format to close them efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

One of the things I disliked about Salesforce Sales Cloud was the steep learning curve. There is a lot to learn and understand when using this platform, and for new users, it can be overwhelming. It takes time to get familiar with the interface, and there is a lot of customization that needs to be done to make the platform truly work for your business. Also, The pricing model for Salesforce Sales Cloud can be quite expensive, especially for smaller businesses. The cost of the platform can quickly add up, especially if you need to purchase additional modules or add-ons to enhance your experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the key problems that Salesforce Sales Cloud solves is the challenge of managing customer data and interactions in a centralized and organized manner.     Non-Profit Organization Management

What do you like best about the product?
We have Salesforce.org, the platform that is offered at no charge for 501c3 nonprofit organizations. What I like best is the tremendous capabilities it offers for CRM. What I like least is the amount of time required to become fully familiar with these tools and effectively use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like it would take a full-time associate just to manage Salesforce and truly maximize all the capabilities. For a small, volunteer-run organization like ours, it can feel so overwhelming, to the point that we dread using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is the ultimate CRM tool. If used correctly, it can keep your company or nonprofit organized beyond your wildest dreams. It can provide great in-depth data about your clients, donors, volunteers and more. There is just a steep learning curve to become proficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the elephant in the room. It's the biggest and best CRM for good reason - ecosystem, integrations extensibility, customization, etc. If I had to pick one: it would probably be ease of use and the ability to effectively manage all parts of the sales process in one place, whether using native SFDC tools or through integrations with best in class solutions like DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part about Salesforce Sales Cloud is also one of the best - bit of a double edged sword: the customization. I wish more reports, dashboards, fields, etc. came standard out of the box. Going from one company to another is often having to relearn a ton of new processes and workflows. It would be much easier & more effective for ramping if more of the system came pre-baked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving the CRM question and helping benefit me and other salespeople by providing a single pane of glass to manage leads & accounts to opportunities & closed revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Here are what like most in Salesforce:

1- Flexibility and Customizability: Salesforce's ability to be tailored to each customer's specific needs is a significant reason why it is so popular.
2-Accessibility and Ease of Use: Salesforce is a comprehensive CRM with features such as contact management, workflow management, task management, opportunity tracking, collaboration tools, customer engagement tools, analytics, and a user-
friendly mobile dashboard.
3- Professional Development and Learning: Salesforce provides excellent learning and professional development opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of salesforce because of the following:

1-High cost: Salesforce is known as the "Cadillac of CRMs" because it's significantly more expensive than other systems, despite offering a non-profit rate.

2-Over-hyped features: Many people only use a small portion of the features available, despite the impressive list.

3-Overly customizable: Salesforce's ability to be tailored to individual needs can be a double-edged sword, as it can make it difficult to analyze data over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is software that helps companies manage their IT infrastructure, sales, service, and marketing. When implemented correctly, it brings all data into one place and allows for business analytics using the tool called wave. It eliminates the need for maintaining an in-house IT infrastructure. Furthermore, that made it easy for me to deal with this vast system.

Easy and efficient to use

What do you like best about the product?
It enables us to track and manage each of the consumers in a single location. Together with the Client Pipeline, we manage numerous contacts and keep track of the client's stages. The software tracks all mail interactions, including subscription talks, Minutes of Meeting discussions, and all other discussions, making it simple for the Account Managers to monitor the client's wellbeing. We have added a lot of custom fields to the default fields to track the client's various properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing problematic with Salesforce Essentials. Because Development can sometimes provide a lot of technology, Routine maintenance would call for an additional resource. Other than that, it's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. it has benefitted every sector, and also it has been great involved every sale. this has benefitted every sector and industry by so far , and also easy to maintain
