Salesforce is lackluster

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting features appear to be strong. It is pretty customizable, but you better have an inhouse team who understands your needs and can help. People love it, and I am still on the fence.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is no calling feature within Salesforce. The fact that this is not there for easy outreach for SDR teams is very surprising to me, given it's sophistication level. It appears that Salesforce is better for reporting and maintaining pipelines than cultivating leads or calling, which is a bummer. It's also challenging to even add your photo or email signature. I'm disappointed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our multiple CRM issue, as all teams are moving to Salesforce, however, it is taking a long time to set up for the various teams and how we need it to work for us.

Helpful for documenting communication with accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it documents the emails that I sent to accounts. And it's helpful that the phone dial is connected to my Zoom account because it helps eliminate a little time since it starts to log a call for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the integration between Salesforce and Zoom worked for text messages. As of now, I have to copy the text I send into a log a call for an account in Salesforce. It would be nice if it used the phone number to also start creating a log a call option or an option similar to it. It would also be nice if I didn't have to reconnect it to my Gmail account every morning (as in logging into Salesforce).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud eliminates double entry for emails I send to accounts. It also helps when I log a call because Salesforce is also connected to my Zoom account, so I have fewer clicks to log a call.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is so customizable that I can't think of situations where you couldn't configure the tool to do what you need. If Salesforce hasn't developed the capability itself, there is a marketplace where anyone else can develop and upload their solution for others to use as well. Also, due to Salesforce's success and size, almost every other app/software that you can think of has or is working on an integration with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce has been designed on the basis of "Clicks, not code". So anyone willing to learn the Salesforce user interface (which is quite good as far as management software platforms go) is able to become a Salesforce user or even a Salesforce administrator. You don't have to know coding language to work in the Salesforce environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customization
Security
Declarative configuration, coding experience not required for most administration
Provides flexibility for one to customize for any given business and/or sales process

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce CRM is almost incumbent in SaaS and Cloud Solutions Sales. Everyone complains about it not being clean but have you ever seen a 100% clean CRM? The chatter function is great / reporting is excellent and you can find a lot in your CRM if you know how to work with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unnecessary complexity while creating dashboards. Plus some tools require *in our case* a lot of approvals but this will depend on your customized setup. The gist is you can't avoid CRM so use the best you can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep track of our sales opportunities, and prospecting activities. I love that it has direct integration with our sales engagement platform, Salesloft - the least amount of time I need to use Excel, the better.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall experience and the comfortability to work on a smoother base there is an excellent mode to operate the general updates are good, and I like the overall workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a little outdated, and the crash that happens in between on top of that some times it's dificult to manage the log inn, and some of the filters will not work

I can work from any were in the world , the remort work option is really good thank you for that this is realy convinent the the smooth flow is good and direct call

Easy to learn and quick to use

What do you like best about the product?
The user will have complete access on each and every stage of the lead and will be able to track easily. Salesforce integration with other 3rd party software works seamlessly. For presentations, we can use tableau reports directly from Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues with the Salesforce Sales cloud. Consecutive refreshes on the dashboard page are not available. On rare occasions, the server works slowly. But Overall had a good experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete tracking and accountability of leads available in the system. Easily able to manage and analyze the Sales reports and track the performance and conversion rates of the leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales is one of the bestest platforms i have worked for ,since i am working more than 5 years i worked for different platforms and each had a different experience but since i started working on sales force i can easily trace the job or business made by me and my team.

We can easily fetch the cxa data and history from it.
And the best part is reminders.


Overall it is very satisfying and easy to access
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I found nothing to write a dislike about the sales force.
Everything is working smoothly with it.
If I have any in the future will give feedback on the same

The best part is it offers applications for all aspects of the business, like CRM, customer service, marketing and many more
The benefits include security mobility, Quality control, insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about sales force is that we can track our daily activity and also we can work efficiently on which time we have the follow up to make sure we contact the right person at the right time
What do you dislike about the product?
Disliking about sales force is that we have to individually change the dates and open activities which has to be followed and if not followed on time. apart from that there is nothing personally that I don't like about this

The main thing about sales force is that we can track our activies at the exact time we scheduled which also reminds us to make sure we are doing our work on the scheduled time

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud it's the best CRM you can get, it's the best for every sales team size and simple to understand, also it's the most known software on sales, so it's expected to be known by every sales person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud it's a very big tool with a lot of features, and that can be confusing, it's the kind of tool that if you don't have a CRM manager you'll have some problems

With Salesforce Sales Cloud we're tracking every opportunity in the company, also serves as the source of truth for our customers and prospects, it's our main database

Managing leads effectively

What do you like best about the product?
Managing all your leads effectively. You can put tasks on your leads and get reminders to follow them. Applying filters to get leads that fall on the priority list.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't access all your leads on the dashboard. You need to put a filter to access all leads in your bucket. One more pie chart should be there for all leads count on the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in tracking and following every lead and following them to convert into opportunities for sale. It helps remind and follow up with a potential lead at the right time.
