Customisable and Powerful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has a really friendly user interface which made navigating the environment really easy and allowed me to maximise productivity as I didn't need to hunt around for things. The Analytics and Reporting that are built in are incredibly powerful and extensive giving the business a great oversight on sales performance in key areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not have a technical background I could imagine Salesforce to be quite intimidating to use and some users do require training on how to use it correctly, it can also be very pricey for small to medium size businesses so you have to make sure it's the right tool for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had many clients we worked with on other projects and when the company started to make it's own software and sell it to these existing clients it was a great tool to manage engagement, interest and for us as a CRM.
Best CRM solution for business
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful CRM tool which is results as a solution helps in our compnay effective sales, and my team customer tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit expensive software and requires a proper training for a person to execute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many businesses struggle to keep track of customer data across various systems and platforms, leading to disjointed data and a lack of insights. Salesforce provides a central platform to manage all customer data, providing a 360-degree view of customer interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
What do I like about Salesforce Sales Cloud? Storage, I can store all my database, all the leads! Be it Prospect, Lost, and all my Customers, it's all there! I can designate any Lead, check the progress, when was the last contact and if I am needed on the account or easily coach my agent! The Force is Really Strong on this one!
What do you dislike about the product?
If only a messaging app could be integrated with Salesforce, that would be fantastic! Oh, Wait, you can include the script. Voila! You can now use Salesforce to communicate with your prospect instantly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you look into it, the problem that SF is solving is storage accessibility. I don't need now to upgrade my network's storage capacity continuously. Wherever branch I am visiting, I can still access the database securely; plus, the customer support is outstanding!
Salesforce Sales Cloud is *THE* CRM platform for established businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
90%+ of the salespeople I met, have used Salesforce in the past, so generally, it has a shallow learning curve when onboarding new reps. If you have the right Salesforce admin team, it can be customized to meet and mirror your exact sales process. Because it's the market-leading CRM platform, almost every other sales and marketing tool offers a direct integration with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look&feel is from 2015, there are definitely more modern and streamlined solutions out there. If you use the default reporting and dashboarding functionality, and not Tablueau/Einstein, the dashboards can be quite limited and hard to use. Without a dedicated technical implementation team, and ideally multiple admins, it's almost impossible to set it up and use it out of the box, so for smaller or new startups it's not really an option without making a sizeable investment into setup and maintanance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce as our CRM platform, both for lead and opportunity management. It is a system of record for our sales team, helping reps manage their leads and opportunities based on the defined sales process, and offers visibility to sales management into their sales pipeline, so they can make data-driven decisions to close more deals faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty with the software's learning curve and complexity, which can make it challenging to navigate and set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve our sales processes by providing a range of tools and features to streamline workflows and increase productivity. Our business performance increases thanks to these kinds of tools.
Contact Solutions for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of the contact information for the tenants and the tenants' tenants in my offices. We manage high-rise and mid-rise buildings and have many people inside each unit; this helps us separate the people on our lease from those who work for them. It's nice to have a way to see that contact info without having it bogging down our system, which already has enough going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate how long it took me to get access to it, what the heck is the process on the back end for gaining access and why does it take so long?! This goes for me and others I work with, it took us all forever to get the verification to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a place we have all the contact information for all the tenants and sub-tenants for each and every office and building we manage, (which is A LOT) it keeps this separate from our normal leasing and allows us to see the analytics for our offices and buidings.
Salesforce integrations and ease
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create a lead and keep track of it during the entire sales cycle. All my touches on accounts can be done straight out of Salesforces which is my favorite part!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes! My only complaint would be that admin emails on accounts don't seem to matter- you have to make a contact in order to send an email using the admin email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us keep 1000's of leads and contacts accounted for and a pulse on our pipelines!
Love Salescloud- configuration depending
What do you like best about the product?
I used to work at Salesforce. It is incredibly powerful and when used correctly, can skyrocket sales productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most companies dont have the right setup for Salescloud, making it incredibly difficult to use. And it is difficult to self implement, and costly to have a partner. So it is not amazing for small businesses unless they are willing to put funds in upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How I use it today is more for deal tracking and forecasting than as a CRM, which is frustrating.
Extremely robust platform
What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce Sales Cloud is a massively robust tool. I do like how it works well with our customer support salesforce product (SalesForce Service Cloud). It's nice having all of our teams be able to see everything that's going on with each of our customers for all of our products (implementation, SRM team, support, sales, product, and marketing)
What do you dislike about the product?
The SalesForce Sales Cloud is a little bit too robust. It's often difficult to navigate through all of the fields and functionality we don't need to ever use. Especially for our team (SMB).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Service Cloud helps our BDR, AE, CX and Marketing Teams work together to forecast our pipeline and keep all of our customers organized. It's nice to be able to see activity (emails, phone calls, text messages, events) within an account and be able to see opportunities that haven't closed, that are lost and won. Without salesforce our Salesops team would be doing a lot of manual work for our commissions each month.
Very comprehensive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce allows complete customization of data and how you present out and how users can interact with it, but it is still easy enough to use for people who aren't that technically savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Admin there is a lot of information and things to learn, but I guess that is to be expect with the amount of functionality available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to link product sales data from all our customers to gain insights on products that can be cross-sold to others.
