Sales cloud a complete sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is an easy yet powerful application in Salesforce. Its been designed keeping sales users in mind and suits almost any organization that sells.Defenitely one of the top cloud application in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still room for improvements on UX side. Sales console is good but sometimes its a bit overwhilming and sales users get distracted and feels that the UI is intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud made team selling, forecasting & reporting easy. Sales cloud features like Lead management ,Activities, Campaigns, Territory management covers almost all the needs for the sales team to sell.

The flexibility and scalability to accommodate almany solutions

Reports and dashboard capabilities are very limited

Opportunity forecasting. Sales budgeting. Contract management. Affiliate season clearance

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track the sales cycle, store all the information that truly matters for our sales force. Keeping track on all the relevant info in just one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
If been working as the Salesforce admin for my company for over a year and I have not faced any issues with the Salesforce Cloud. It's pretty easy and straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues tracking the leads and accounts that were left behind once one of our sales representatives left the company. Being able to monitor their sales and processes makes everything way easier.

I like that all client and leads account data is in one place, is easy to use and intuitive, advanced features can help us build triggers and alerts, excited about the power of GPT

Sometimes things can get a little complicated if we don't build properly with the right strategy and architecture in mind, May cause siloed data if we don't structure properly

Sales cloud is helping us keep all our client data and leads data in one place and with integrations with other applications we can see how our marketing initiatives have performed and our outreach data, also built in we can see when we are exhausting our clients and prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and the ability for the solution to be customized to fit any organizations needs. It is the most scalable solution for managing the pipeline today.
What do you dislike about the product?
For certain organizations who may not have the personnel to show them how to get value and implement solutions that fit their needs, Salesforce can be quite the beast
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Establishing a central source of truth, creates a more connected experience for all organizations and all departments within those organizations. One workspace that doesn't require leaving the platform has helped tremendously promote adoptions.
Easy to use and learn
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very user friendly platform and easy to learn. Automations have made completing previously manual tasks much easier with less effort and in a shorter amount of time. There are a lot of resources to help people discover new features and develop them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although CRM analytics can be a very useful tool, it is overwhelming when you first start using it. There is also a limit on the number of "view as user" dashboards which makes customization more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing all of our data from various core systems into one location so all sales departments can get a wholistic view of each customer.

The foundation stays the same regardless of the use case.

It's difficult to teach the foundation since there's a different one for every use case.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud, you get the sales automation features you need all in one place. Sales Cloud empowers businesses to manage leads, track progress, and automate sales processes with ease.Lead are basically prospects of any business. Account stores info about companies who are interested in deal along with contacts as sales reps of those accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. It can be enhanced with lightning components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud enables sales reps to establish effective communication with their prospects to achieve shorter sales cycles. With access to social network profiles associated with Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads, sales reps can serve customers and prospects more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
It brings my entire sales team together in one simple place. From critical information reps need in the field, to receiving data back internally, we all have a clear idea how we're performing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most intuitive to set up, and for small companies can take a lot of maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud brings critical account information to my reps fingertip! It helps them forecast where they'll end up at the end of a quarter and gives them an understanding of where they stand in live time.
