What do you like best about the product?
Sakesforce Sales Cloud enables block building to create time saving data entries for a sales team to spend less time in spreadsheets and more time with customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can give the paralyzing feeling of not knowing where to start to make the most impact on the business. A great place to improve is to bring in a proper admin with Sales experience, work directly with Sales leadership, and provide a team with the basic tutorials on how to use leads, contacts, and opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce, combined with call center automation tools, allow us to have excellent, custom call queues that are over 30% more efficient than our previous solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of data that can be stored on lead, contact and account records as well as opportunity tracking solutions that come with sales cloud. It's light years above competition in my eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more than one chat partnership. For example, if it could integrate more with Teams and Microsoft Office, it would be incredible. More native options for integration would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a large global company, capturing and storing data is paramount. This is a major issue Sales Cloud solves as well as the ability to create tailored flows and automations.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize revenue and possible engagement plans with certain partners and contacts allow for a large range of possibilities. These possibilities can go as far as your own imagination allows you to.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes as a Salesforce Admin Is more around not knowing what tools I can use. This may be from an ever growing experience in my role. But it's sometimes hard to see what options are there for me in the sales cloud to make a process better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information being kept in one place. Multiple roles and staff read one record but take away different layouts of Information.
Processes are also in place to allow for multiple paths to be automated for any next best action.

Powerful and Easy to Use, Needs Data Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Agentforce Sales both robust in capabilities and relatively straightforward to implement and utilize. I also found the initial setup easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool could provide more insight into successfully closing deals and exhibits a higher degree of reliance on external data that sometimes results in false readings or bad data. The data provided does not always identify key differentiator tasks for success. Although it's not necessarily a problem with the platform itself, the data quality could use improvements, possibly with data cleanup exercises and validation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agentforce Sales for Account, Contact, and Opportunity Management. It helps me identify key steps to successfully close opportunities and is robust yet straightforward to implement and use.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy the UI is and very straightforward. I've used SF for almost 5 years now and it's so simple and great for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of many faults. But perhaps permissions and certain access admins have and other users don't? I sometimes find it frustrating to not be able to create my own public campaigns or reports without having to ask someone else to help me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of opportunities and leads and making sure we have all the data for future reference and KPIs

What do you like best about the product?
The vast array of customization and configuration options, the availability of pre-baked solutions within the AppExchange, and SFDC'd commitment to continued innovation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The baseline UX is pretty clunky - newer CRM tools have indexed on minimalism and usability; would be fantastic to see something calibrated between the two. While there exists the ability to curate something more akin to the modern, usable UX and UI of other tools - given how flexibile Lightning is - the OOTB look-and-feel leaves something to be desired.
However, cognizant that configuration is being made more accessible than ever with the implement of new AI technologies!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to aggregate our sales and account management data into a centralized system of record. Used as a preliminary data store for customer data to pipe into our internal tech stack directly to facilitate onboarding, and ongoing 'semi-SOT' for customer hierarchies and performance data.

There's always another facet to learn about and potentially implement as a part of our solution. The continuous innovation has both depth and accessibility for use across our org.

It can feel like a huge undertaking to explore, demo, configure, implement, and educate internally on each additional feature or change to how we use sales cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows us to leverage real time data and communicate in a common language across the business. As a global company with a ton of different lines of business this flexibility is crucial

What do you like best about the product?
I have used sales cloud in my past organization where I was not only able to use the sales cloud for tracking the conversations and reaching out new prospects but also drive better insights and requirements. But since tomorrow night in South American capability making follow up is always a breeze.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see how we can utilize the generative AI and its tremendous potential to automate certain sales and follow-up workflows. Also this would allow us to improve the conversation with our customers better and focus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single window to be able to efficiently manage customer transactions follow-ups and lead score and drive better sales efficiency across board.

Love Salesforce Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
So many capabilities, customization and everything you need. The continued advancements with AI and forecasting and pipeline features are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of add ons. They add up quick making look outside the platform for a solution. They are slowly making some paid features available for Enterprise licensing and above at no additional cost, however with it comes boundaries on how you can use the add ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making tracking things easy. Customization and automation is a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
How organized it is and how incredibly useful I find it for my team to keep track of leads, contacts, donations/opportunities and campaigns!!!! Cannot wait to use the marketing features more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicates hard to track, data/flow and rules are not easy to use or create without a consultant, which costs a lot of money for a non profit. Also could use some more training sessions on the basics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have a CRM to track donations for acknowledgement purposes most primarily. We also use Salesforce to analyze activity, perform targeted donor outreach and to email donors through the system for full visibility.
