What do you like best about the product?
As a salesperson, I am always in contact with my customers and I need an agile and easy-to-use platform. I feel that Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite gives me exactly the tools I need to do my job in the best possible way

Sometimes there is no quick support to answer questions.

With the efficient platform I can better manage my time and deliver better performance to my client. Yes. I'm much more productive. I feel that it has not increased, but the solutions happen more efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive sales management where you are able to see the sales pipeline, get the lead data optimally if synced with the website landing page, all the teams working on a particular lead are able to seamlessly share and update information, real-time changes could be implemented, seamless interfacing with software like revenue.io to gather call data and call logs, easy recording of mail logs using the BCC to salesforce feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular to dislike about salesforce sales cloud suite at the moment since the user experience has been seamless till now. There is one recommendation : the UI could be improved to a more decluttered manner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectively gathering and redistributing Customer/lead data from the landing page to the associates in the sales team by the implementation of a roster.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is marketing #1 tools for sales purpose. By using Salesforce Sales Cloud we easily handle Sales processes. Sales cloud maintain data about leads who's not converted in customers.

Some times it's not work properly because of its a cloud based service and some times working slowly so please if resolved such type of problems it's a very good platform for sales purpose.

By using Salesforce Sales Cloud we manage leads after we convert leads into customer and also manage potential lead (Not Converted Lead). It is best tool for sales purpose.

SF cloud has helped us in staying organized and manage leads better. It has successfully democratized lead visibility in our organization, providing the right information stakeholders need across sales, marketing and management. I also appreciate that because every activity related to lead engagement gets captured right away, thanks to our internal team's concerted efforts to do so, organizational knowledge stays within the organization even after someone quits. Being in marketing and working closely with strategic business development, I find it invaluable that SF lets me easily refer back to information about specific strategic accounts we've been pursuing and discuss the depth of our previous engagements.

The sales cloud helps to support sales. Salesforce automation helps businesses enhance the speed of the sales process and convert leads to cash. Some of the best features are account contact management, lead management, and Opportuity management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside to using Salesforce Sales Cloud, however, there are still many ideas that are still pending and should be delivered by now, which seem to be essential which is hampering the sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce for managing our Accounts and Contacts, Leads, and opportunities. Also, use the web to case and email to case for customer support. Sales cloud helped us to manage our leads more efficiently and helped sales user to focus on Sales and converted them into Opportunity.

Salesforce's easy-to-use interfaces encourage our learning and make it more flexible than its competitors, who demand substantial experience and training. Salesforce facilitates teamwork and communication throughout our organization. Assembling the integrations is a breeze. Our sales staff has found it to be both effective and easy to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks, the licensing price and price per user could be a point of contention and decision making. The user interface is clumsy. I do wish there were more ways to personalize them. Certifications are too costly, in my opinion. The length of the announcements is likewise excessive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By generating easy dashboards and reporting for our sales staff to assess their attainment and goal percentages, this technology helped us streamline our business process. It's enabling our sales people to do their jobs better, which in turn benefits our clients. Better metrics reporting and deeper insights into team performance are two benefits we've noticed. Salesforce has been wonderful.

SalesForce is very practical in carrying out the company's processes, with tools that cooperate and assist with daily tasks, from creating some content to even consulting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how these processes work, they will create bottlenecks, not exactly because of Salesforce, but rather due to the company's processes. However, until reaching this point, the tool already helps a lot.

In the creation of contacts with other companies, inquiries about important information to carry out other processes that I need to perform daily tasks in the company.
