Super robust for enterprise sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Out of all of the CRM's that I've used, Salesforce has the most robust customizable features. There are many different integrations that can be utilized to help make life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce takes an abnormally long time to load. There's a ton of information in it, which I understand. But I almost feel like it can architecturally be optimized to help make pages load faster. Sometimes if I'm updating a quote, it can take up to 30 to 45 seconds for a page to load.
The Search feature is also outdated. If you type in John Smith, instead of Johnn Smith, you won't find your contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an extensive international sales team, which requires much customization. Having the information that lives inside Salesforce automatically be added to DocuSign Agreements is super useful. Makes things a lot easier than going back and forth and ensuring things are correct.

As of now , there is nothing to dislike , it is the best way to track the customer business in a single software.nothing is wrong at this moment, everything is perfect.

all the organizational tools and ability to customize for each org. Reporting to find exactly what you need to make a quick list. Haven't used a competitor so hard to say what would be different. But I'm a big fan.

can be really complicated at first learning the structure of it all and the customizability feature is good but takes time to understand from org to org. Can't compare this vs another competitor as I've only used this one.

Sales cloud helping in both b2b and b2c businesses. Integration of all the data at one place helping in better system, also the best part is the community where we can ask questions.

It can be more ui interactive, the look and feel could be better. Also there are many ideas on ideaexchange that should be implemented not sure why not done till now

The CRM is the best part, what i like most is the data stays intact and can be used directly according to the permission assigned to the user. The flows and automated processes are also very good.

It is user friendly and it's nice working in Salesforce cloud. It brings with new learnings and there is lot of new things to learn in Salesforce as it is fastest growing technology.

Very little product guidance and support from the vendor. The account rep turnover is so often we never have a chance to create a real realationship with them.the ui could be improved

It is easy to learn since Salesforce has Trailhead site to help you to learn about Salesforce Sales cloud.
It is easy to use, especially from Lead to Cash aspect. You can customize your org using different workflows and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using salesforce for 3 years already and I can say there are still room for improvement especially in AI. Also, customer support is expensive when the feature is something that is not out of the box.

Salesforce sales cloud is our centralize data center from Leads to actual Customers. Our sales reps sells our products faster and more efficient than before. Inventory of our products is more convenient as well.
