Intuitive platform for creating reports and dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SalesForce Cloud is the range of data analysis I can have with the reports and dashboards I create in Salesforce. And besides, I have all the information about my customers and sales at my fingertips in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Salesforce Cloud could be a little faster when I select some data, sometimes the platform takes a while to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer data management and creation of reports and dashboards for my team and manager. I can bring real-time analysis with salesforce reports and optimize my team's work.
Totally customizable to be the platform for OUR business!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that you have the opportunity to fine tune each and every field or tab or drop-down menus or buttons/boxes tackle all the needs for your business. I also appreciate that you can have minor adjustments introduced as you go if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it to be pretty bothersome that there are so many options and drop down menus that might not apply to your business needs. It's almost like you have to work hard to narrow it down to exactly what you need and nothing extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been helping us build a more uniform experience. Not only for our external customers, but our internal customers as well. By doing that, we can be at our most efficient.
Powerful but complex and expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Being the industry heavyweight, having salesforce means that almost any data you can think of can plug into it somehow. Which means that you can create a single view of the customer
What do you dislike about the product?
For the same reason, it can be hard to architect a Salesforce instance without it becoming bloated and staying meaningful. The other part is that it becomes very expensive once everyone starts using it

Salesforce solves the problem of having a single view of the customer to give them the best experience possible so they can buy more of your product and not churn

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that i like about Salesfore sales cloud is Sales Cloud offers powerful workflow automation capabilities, streamlining repetitive and manual tasks. By automating processes like lead assignment, approval workflows, and follow-up tasks, sales teams can save time, reduce errors, and focus on building customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales cloud is perfectly good. But one thing I want to mention that the pricing structure is often based on the number of users and additional features required, which can make it less accessible for organizations with limited budgets.

the salesforce sales cloud is really saving my time with Sales Cloud, businesses gain valuable insights into their sales performance, allowing us to make data-driven decisions, identify trends, and spot opportunities for growth. The visibility and analytics help sales teams identify bottlenecks, prioritize leads, and optimize our sales strategies.

It's ability to easily handle the customer relationship. The salesforce sales cloud have the inbuilt ability which can handle operations easily.

Nothing nuch but in the remembering and to learn because alot of theory.

It is helping in solving the problem of management of customers and sales buisness relationship and their operations.

It is easy to maintaining a data and use it in need, analysis of each data has been super easy it keeps all your data in one place so it's easy to track and use

How easy it is to navigate, its pretty straight forward. System rarely crashes!

Theres really no downsides about the system! It has a little bit for everybody.

I used salesforce sales cloud for online appointment scheduling. Here are its benefits to me:

User friendly and scalable
What do you like best about the product?
It acts as an ERP system that too with cloud capabilities. It has easy learning modules and user can catch up with the platform pretty fast. The certifications are quite in scope. I have user Oracle Sales Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud, the coding was comparitively easy in the latter. I have seen many candidates and professional moving towards Salesforce due to the availability of resources and user friendliness!
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphics and visuals can be more appealing for the backend users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to transition sales legacy system in an organisation. Also a better CRM platform for tracking and responding end to end. Easy to maintain, concurrent user feasibility.

The UI of Salesforce Sales Cloud is somewhat complex or cluttered, mainly when dealing with multiple records. If internet connectivity is limited or unreliable, facing difficulties in accessing critical data or performing essential tasks.

It provides features such as assignment, scoring, and routing, ensuring leads are appropriately distributed & prioritized for sales teams. This help optimizes lead conversion rates, improve teamwork, and increase sales efficiency.
