What do you like best about the product?
The cloud is very easy to use and has a number of great built in features but also for a great level of customization for your sales cycle. I am intrigued to get started in using these tools with our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the platform can be overwhelming and figuring out how to get started. I also see that there are not a lot of hints and help to streamline while you are working on Salesforce. It would be good if there were training suggestions that could be of interest integrated into the workday task list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know right now. we have a number of challenges with our team and trying to figure out where to start and direct the team and provide suggestions to management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is all in one place. You are able to see your deals, the progress on them, activities that you and your team are performing to achieve the sale and included are excellent insights from Einstein and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
In most Sales Cloud instances, the people who are able to build the reports are those who are busy doing other things so it is occasionally a bottle neck to get reporting the first time - once designed, the reports are great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing that I use Sale Cloud for as a user is all of the reporting capabilities. They show me my activity, what is working and what I need to change. I also love meeting scheduling and email tracking in a single place.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you have to he ability to identify opportu ities within accounts/sales cycles to better maximize your chances for success and drive revenue. From AI capabilities through Einstein, all the way to lead scoring visuals
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't come across many issues with Salesforce sales cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud solves alot of the manual tasks for sales reps all while providing valuable insights into ways to enhance prospect/customer engagements

What do you like best about the product?
We can get a full visibility into all of the data as a part of sales cycle. I can't imagine making strategy decisions without the information Salesforce gives us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am looking forward to progress with the application, but we are currently only as good as our salespeople are at tracking data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our salespeople hate moving from one system to another, so one comprehensive system that we can use for everything the sales people need solves a lot of problems!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the management of all the tasks in an easy way and the possibility of integrate with our email, keeping track of the contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many functionalities, we need more than 2 months to fully understand the platform. It could be better if we have had a proper and long training beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we can integrate almost the whole company in one place and see their performance and adapt our strategies really fast

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is one of the major products of salesforce. It has worked magically for me as the product as helped me to handle the sales data of the organisation very well. It has empowered me to boost the trading of the sevices provided by the company. Not only that it can be used to handle the clients needs and requirements efficiently and get new customers on board
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike the product. Although sometimes the application buffers a lot so optimization at the backend and smoothness is something which can be worked upon.
Also a proper documentation or video tutorial should be developed so that a new user can become familiar with the platform.
Some improvement in field of user interface is also required
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud has helped a lot in handling the sales and services department a lot.
It has helped to divert alot of manpower to othet departments.
Sales cloud has facilitated to develop separate marketing strategy for separate products.
Even this has helped to solve customer requirements very well.
Rating of the product and customer satisfaction has shot up significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it can be used to track leads with the ultimate goal of converting them into customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it overlaps with the marketing cloud and does not allow me as Marketer to get both in the same package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that it aims to streamline sales and marketing efforts, while Service Cloud helps support agents provide excellent customer service and resolve issues before they become a problem.

What do you like best about the product?
It help me to increase product lead with its mobile features and also it's AI generated tools. It gives me my real time view of my team and the product sales and details of my opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of tools is quite costly and the tools require the expertise to use and requires training and also has slow support which will delay the customer to provide solution for their queries
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help to reduce the timing of customer and product queries and also provide one platform for all solution and all lead generation and all product details at the same platform.
It benefit us as to increase my product sales and lead opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using it since quite a long time. I'm amazed by its features. It is quite helpful in working with client and helps in external integration. It have all things at one place and simple to understand learn and use. It is very helpful with accounts and opportunities to and helped us to generate leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the documentation of features should be updated. It doesn't describe all features of the Sales cloud. For example my suggestion is It can have a tutorial for all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very good in communcating with our clients. We as a team are much helped by this in getting all things together at one place. We get summary of our sales which helps us better analyses our future decisions and strategies.
Previously we have to take care of things of each and every client at other places which is very tedious.
