What do you like best about the product?
It help me to enhance productivity with its mobile features and tools. It provides me real time view of product sale and opportunities. It provides platform to track all leads at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales support is not up to the mark and client has to wait for a long time to get thirr query resolve. Please respond as soon as possible with a nearly perfect solution for one's problem. And please reduce some price of your service so low scale businesses also afford your services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provide me all the required information at one place and ease of access. We can track all types of mails and analyze our sales at a very high efficiency and proficiency. It helps me a lot jn my development time.

What do you like best about the product?
Different objects for different CRM elements which are both technically and functionally comprehensive for our business teams. For instance, it's really cool how I can record multiple client relationships on 1 contact and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too many fields makes the UI a bit complex for our new users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our Client relationship data at one place which was troublesome for different teams to manage before Salesforce Sales cloud. With this platform, our business development and insights have benefitted tremendously while pursuing a new relationship with the client

What do you like best about the product?
Using sales salesforce cloud, It benefited my product to easily take necessary actions on my Leads and convert them into Opportunity. Also it was very helpful for my Employees to track on the data about my customers using Account and Contact objects. It provided scalability and growth of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was something hard to learn about it initially when I started using it but once I grasp the basic knowledge using Salesforce learning Modules and trails it was quite easy to use and learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided scalability and growth of my business. It is easy to use and learn. It fills the the gap between customer and business with its interface where everything is on a single platform.

Salesforce sales cloud is effiencient to use and scalable and provide opportunities to interact with client and integration with third party and generate sales of product

The response time of support team is very slow and client have to wait for the solution of their queries and also the process is bit slow and take time to loading

It is filling up the gap between the client and the product and providing the one platform for all queries of client and it help me to generate a lot of sales and opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud enables clients to increase the sales part and that's what i love most because it generates more money for organization who buys shifts to sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much except it's a higher side of billing and too much tightly coupled with Salesforce ecosystem

It solves the basic problem of integrating the core aspects of sales flow. Then it has got code less solutions like validation rules etc

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is best crm and its sales cloud is best to manage business for sales and service like we can create leads, opportunities etc and using its functionality we can create various business processes, also to track the data we can create reports and dashboard in sales cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Salesforce sales cloud is good but the license cost for each user is quite high and apart from this there is no limitation

We have creating a whole solution for sales team to manage their sales data and track the revenue using reports and dashboard, it has increased the sales team performance and make it easier for them to track their revenue and achieve the target easily

What do you like best about the product?
The use of Einstein Product enhancements and automation capabilities are major game changers in the CRM space.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you see the demo, you see all of the capabilities and power of the system. It is hard to choose which package to go with, because you want it all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates so many efficiencies for Sales and Sales Management professionals.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to track our Sales Processes, and inject automations to streamline our process. Paths and Key fields are super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and ability to make more design customizations could use a lot of improvement.

We're able to sell our many different event products while utilizing different sales processes to cater to each of our event products.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce provides a robust set of APIs for integration with third-party systems,my org had challenges in seamlessly integrating Sales Cloud with our other software. The complexity of integrations and need for custom development resulted in additional time and costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in a startup means mandatory extensive customization. We can tailor the platform to fit our unique and evolving sales processes, allowing for greater efficiency and alignment with specific goals and objectives.
A one stop shop for all things Sales, and Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of customizability for the various reports, dashboards, and account views. As a CSM, I use SF very differently than someone in sales, but because of how much customizing I can do, it works great for me still.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost too much to look at. There's so much information and so much going on that, at times, it can be challenging to find what I'm looking for. That being said, it's a good problem ti have, but I would like to see more options for someone in a CSM role to streamline their experience in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized most of all. It is helping me build out a source of truth for all customer information to get out of the current process of building and maintaining google sheets.
