Superior Customer Relationship Management Systems
What do you like best about the product?
In addition, Salesforce Sales Cloud's powerful forecasting and analysis tools guide sales professionals. By providing visibility into revenue by current quarter or future outlook, I'm able to better plan for potential opportunities for improvement. With specific insights such as engagement experience scores and prospect response feedback metrics-all in one easy-to-interpret dashboard-the power of data becomes incredibly manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the unreliability of the Salesforce Sales Cloud search function. On several occasions, my searches for a customer's e-mail address and name have been unsuccessful, even though I entered them correctly in the appropriate fields in the search bar at the top. It often takes several extra steps to find information that should be available with a simple search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud makes my job easier by eliminating data silos. The suite allows us to store all of our critical data in one place, streamlining our processes and increasing collaboration between teams.
Salesforce is a solid tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is useful for tracking new leads, account statuses and account activity. At a glance you can see what has been done with the account/client and generating reports is pretty easy as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce is an awesome tool, it is a beast to learn. This is in no fault of the software though. Being such a useful tool naturally requires a lot of learning but the resources are all there to learn everything necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves new customer acquisition, interaction logging with the customer and checking account health. With several staff members that might interact with a customer, seeing who is doing what is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of work and an easy learning curve are other competitive solutions. The automation provided by Salesforce is the best; it works very smartly. Lots of configuration is done at the backend with UI, and the user does not need to take care of every small config.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes autoconfiguration creates problems, as if we as developers need more customization.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales management and prediction analysis with Einstein integration. Also, the sales process is streamlined and the path configuration is the best thing for the Sales team. Pricebook implementation and configuration is best in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing, there are minor gaps that can be improved but they always have a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage the Manufacturing products in Sales cloud for our vendor. Integration with multiple system is the key aspect. Yes the business has grown exponentially during Covid time.

This helps in growing your sales revenue and also helps the business by simplifying Sales and providing the cloud solution for sales and that to very much secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trailhead for the sales cloud is not very descriptive, so getting issues while learning the end-to-end flow and in a bit details . Also, the trailmixes are not clearly defined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies business process and helps in healthy sales. It helps in managing sales team and getting the chance to convert the leads into opportunities thus converting those leads. Sales cloud also helps in predicting your business revenues

What do you like best about the product?
What I find extremely easy is report creation and data integration to help visualize what is necessary for day to day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being in health care I often find it frustrating that we cannot integrate our data further into the platform. With that being said, I understand the constraints legally.

Track who I need to target, when I need to target, and why I need to target.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and simple to create dashboards and extract the reports. Super helpful to automate things instead of doing it manually. Even we have the einstein dashboard, which is super in terms of details and in-depth analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Salesforce is a little expensive. It should provide the features with a variety of packages.
2. Einstein dashboard is an advance feature everyone is not familiar with this so it would be better if we make it easy to use with proper training videos.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables sales reps to establish effective communication with our prospects to achieve shorter sales cycles. Even though we can interact with the users just by checking the status of the user if he/she online or not.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a nice product. The ui of software is very user friendly and it has very less learning curve. It was really simple for me to explain about this tool to my team. Also sales got boosted as productivity got increased.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of product feel little high. required more powerful machine. migration of data seems little hard frim existing used software. Some time software feels slow.

It was provideing instantly data on grids and provide realtime analysis and maintaining crm was very easy and speed of application got increased. Overall really useful

What do you like best about the product?
The best user interface and easy to use such a high level cloud service. Salesforce cloud is helpful for deploy product and service to increase sales and quality of your product
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit harder to find out the installation and setup process. Official document should be more elloborated or Salesforce team cam provide more handful video tutorials about basic architecture.

I am working on a website which have large user data to handle daily basis, Salesforce cloud help me to organise and analysis data more efficiently. It improve our website quality and sales.
Antiquated and complicated
What do you like best about the product?
It's on the cloud like every other platform on the planet. Ther's very little I like about this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce UI/UX is so bad that it's unnecessarily complicated. Many years ago a client wanted us to implement Salesforce, but since I refuse to certify in the product we oversaw this implementation. Beginning with the design, navigation, and usability the platform in and of itself is designed poorly. The person charged with the implementation did not know the product and could not answer basic questions, which I found frustrating. Once the implementation was complete the users had such a hard time navigating the platform we wound up finding another platform to put on top of Salesforce which made it a little more digestible. For the average user, this platform is a NO.

You'll never be able to use this platform by itself.
