Best cloud for business
What do you like best about the product?
We don't need to worry about server and all like we don't need to worry about its maintenance and cost. One can easily understand the cloud without having coding knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the lightning experience view it loads slow as compared to classic view. And also one can not use buttons on record details page in lightning experience view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to track all the lead and opportunities. One can easily check on what is a particular opportunity. It also help us to track. we can also manage advertisements.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is very useful platform for those who want to access various business needs under one-stop solution. It is simple to use. Also, we can integrate it with many more systems. The most valuable feature of the sales cloud is performance and integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes longer to load. Also, the performance of the development org is not as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud overtook spreadsheets and business processes and merged it all into one platform so that we could focus on productivity with a complete view of clients. Work and selling have shifted to digital, and the functionality and features in Sales Cloud help improve the team’s productivity and generate more revenue for the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a good CRM. We have a sales process algorithm set up on Sales Cloud. We also customize this as per our requirements. Sales Cloud increases the sales of business easily
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to face an issue due to the limitation of salesforce.Org slows down when the limit is hit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud provides an easy in-build interface to customers. Provides some inbuild sales algorithms to perform your business. It is the best platform to interact with customers, businesses, and developers directly in one place.
Best platform to manage business
What do you like best about the product?
In sales clod we can manage account, contacts,opportunity and lead. It helps in increase revenue. We can use real time snapshot using dashboard. From report and dashboard we can manage real time data. The most useful feature I like about sales clod is process automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud take too much time to load and for lwc development it's does not have any console. And it's development depends upon internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud gives better result using pre-configured sales management system. Using it lead management become more easy. Reports and dashboard helps to view data in better way using graphs.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizations available are I think the best. It have many featues to customise according to the specific needs of the user. You have many tools both no code and highly programmed triggers, classes, lightning web components etc. There are many types of fields and object customisation, layouts, record pages etc to suit every needs. It have these things with respect to permission sets and profiles also which can be used to customise things for different roles and profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes user requirements can be achieved by more than one feature of sales cloud or a combination. Determining and selecting the correct way of implementation, choosing correct feature or group of features can be tedious. This may lead to you not selecting the perfect fit and later it can increase changes in implementation which is time and effort consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not all users or businesses are same and they needs their org fully customized and to be according to their needs and it is expected also as every other user have different requirements. Salesforce sales cloud solves this problem and provides highly customized experience according to the business type and user needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple and convenient customer relationship management software which eases the sales process for any B2B and B2C businesses. It eases the sales reps to manage all the data for a customer at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Development purpose of the business the sandboxes the are provided with the production environment are quite slow and the storage capacity are quite low so it's difficult to test with some bulk data on sandboxes

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sales cloud is the Path Configuration. Sales Team can be onboarded easily. Einstein Prediction works best with the Sales Cloud. Its the best on the global Scale level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing, there are few things that can be improved in the solution. But those are not major, just small minor gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage manufacturing products with our Sales Cloud. The Sales team performance has been improved, once we have onboarded the Team on the Sales Cloud. The manufacturing sales prediction for the quarter is the best.
Good CRM for Business
What do you like best about the product?
It's is easy to maintain and understandable. We don't have to worry about the server maintenance. And also there are many automation tools to automate our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I don't like is that the lighting view is not that much fast as compared to Classic view. Salesforce should work on it to make it fast so the use experience can be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of accessing data and second it provides us the ability to track the leads and opportunities. It helps us to track the opportunity that on which stage an opportunity is.

Sales force provide cloud solutions which provide a new level of scalability and also a great flexibility where we can achieve our goals and streamline our process with great applications
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing a lot about dislike but the main thing is sales force need to improve the customer support actually I was not faced that much challenges but I heard this from some of my knowns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use for sales analytical and it helps me a lot for that where I can easily forecast my coming sales and also analyse my existing sales by employed check points.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the one-stop shop for my teams to access our data and make informed decisions on our business and how to move forward. It is the best tool for sales reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say, there isn't much I dislike about Sales Cloud. However, i do wish that some of the EAC reporting can be accessed easily within external databases within our data warehouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the CRM that binds our customers together and it allows for intelligent sales analytics. We recently rolled out sales forecasting. It's wonderful to be able to view the full lifecycle of our customers especially from the Sales perspective.
