Driving consistent behavior through technology
What do you like best about the product?
By far, the intuitive ease of use is the greatest selling point for Salesforce in general. This includes ease of user experience for our sales reps, the self service analytics and report options for managers and object configuration to enhance the sales and support of sales experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowledge is used heavily in our service cloud environment. Add ons such as Enablement would ideally be less cost prohibitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized data and sales processes. Our goal is to never have to leave Salesforce to perform your job.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows banks to provide best in class customer experience, by delivering timely insights and data to personalize each and every interaction of a customer's journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud requires you to have a very solid data foundation to build upon. With a great data foundation you will not realize the full power of sales cloud period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving how and when we should be engaging with our customers and our partners. By providing our sales and operations teams with timely data and insights we are able to be proactive in engaging our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the solution to your companies needs and the ease of use. It gives the sales team the capability to do business in one system which is always my goal
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen flows need more capabilities around a better front end UI experience. Their are a lot of limitations on what we as admins can do but salesforce constantly makes updates to help fix that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our users to have a fast, streamlined sales experience on the go on any device. Also sorting out the source of truth and the data model. It is giving the company a reason to review these things

Powerful customizations to Solution Any Use Case
What do you like best about the product?
The Trailheads are incredibly helpful for any solution I need to build. I love the ability to create custom objects and fields seemlesly and with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming to know where to start. Sometimes conceptually I know what I want to accomplish, but don't know what is the best place to begin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our Lead generation management, as well as Account and Opportuntiy staging.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the ability to create as intricate reporting for our marketing and sales teams as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Sales Cloud is the sometimes complex interface, I wish it was more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us solve the problem of attribution for marketing, letting us know how our campaigning and events are impacting our sales organization.
Excellent and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
This product is extremely user friendly and easy to use for those that have little experience. It utilizes all the data for personalization to create a better customer experience without going through a huge hassle to incorporate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company currently doesn't have access to all of Salesforce products so I feel like some capabilities we are lacking on due to the ability only being available on one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are keeping up on current changes to technology like Apple Mail and third party cookies going away and modifying on how we track and record data. It's helpful and nice to know that that's also a priority for them.
Sales Cloud gives clear view of business partners success/struggles
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage our key accounts and support our partner dealers through the sales process. Being one step removed from their business, Sales Cloud allows us to drive leads directly to our partners. Pairing this with Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud gives us a full scale solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a lot of time and investment in getting all the foundational data connected. Some of our partner dealers are still not connected but there are manual and automated ways to manage their opportunities in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to start matching the partner opportunity to our markeitng activities and are finally able to demonstrate ROI. This means better investments in the marketing tactics that work.
