Salesforce is great
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is a great way to organize customer data. It is an easy to navigate, powerful tool that keeps track of customer information. It is a great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can be overwhelming to get started with. While there is a bunch of learning information available, the amount of learning material can also be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce sales cloud to keep track of leads. We keep track of whether they are interested in us or not, where they are currently doing business, and how we can get in contact with them.
Best thing since sliced bread!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that SalesCloud serves as a hub for my entire growth team. From marketing through to account management we can see the journey our prospects are taking and optimize for effective spend and time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a challenge to set up correctly on your first try. This becomes harder to fix the more you try to leverage it. It can be a timely process to really set everything up to run smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesCloud solves multiple problems from multi-department alignment, to time management of our representative, to providing and awesome customer experience. SalesCloud is our single source of truth for our Growth team.
Powerful to scale for our business
What do you like best about the product?
We've leveraged lots of different clouds and I really appreciate the scale that sales cloud offers. We are excited to see how we can leverage sales GPT to leverage generative AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Enforcement and discipline in using the system is the hardest obstacle for us to overcome. Ultimately getting the org to buy in that the tool is only as good as the data we put in is key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We leverage it as a CRM to help organize opportunities and get insights into our deal flow. We wa t to leverage it more to drive analytics on what type of customers to go after in the future and how to better serve existing customers.
Fueling the Pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
The intelligent scoring, next best actions, and data all in one place help my team and I fuel prospects and current customers into the right fit for them and at the best time for both of us. With clicks, I have all the data I need to make wise decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all features are available with the basic SKU purchase, but as you and your leadership get to know it better, you can add more to make it even better. It would be great if it was all included for ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Metrics on performances were not way to gather until implementing Sales Cloud. Having desperate systems was an issue but now everyone can be transparent and share the data.
Single source of truth and a must-have for any business
What do you like best about the product?
Data being in cloud, security, reports and dashboards, amazing apps on the App Exchange, Automations and Flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's way too hard for admins to extract simple data such as all custom fields created on an object with their API names aside using the Dev Console and receiving a non-friendly excel format

Sales and Marketing orbs collaborating easily and ops ten being able to easily report on important KPIs and monitor progress
Can’t sell successfully without Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows us to understand and manage opportunities in the pipeline and give all stakeholders insight into the health of the business in a seamless, integrated way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is an incredibly powerful tool but it's only as good as people's consistency in its use. This isn't a platform problem, but a people problem. It can be difficult to understand the difference between leads and prospects And the mechanisms for managing them for a new user

With lead scoring and activity tracking it allows you to understand how likely it it s customer will convert
Flexible tool for sales efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
A central and flexible platform helps me and all of my colleagues remain focused on goal attainment and encourages us to take efficient actions to support our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is a big and complex product. When it is poorly architected it can be challenging to use. When done propoerly it's magical!

I have a clear view into my goal attainment, opportunities and prioritized next best actions.

The only thing I dislike is the inability to more natively pull multiple objects into report types.

It requires the full unification and harmony of your technology and business processes. Without proper foresight and strategy, the implementation can be cost and time-intensive.

Helping to build customer profiles to know more about the people that are connected to our brand.
Seamless business approach
What do you like best about the product?
We are so thrilled at the ease of use, and the ability to quickly retrieve and keep tabs on our customers. The platform is so malleable that we have customized pergectly to our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Our users wish lightning was lightning quick. If it could be made a little faster, i honestly think adoption could be higher. We've even tried verious layouts and components to help speed up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a major upgrade to our old CRM software that was clunky and not very concise.
