Strong, flexible foundation
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and efficiency of implementing additional functionality based on additional use cases or how processes change over time, and the support in creating these solutions from Salesforce and the AppExchange
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex customisations can cause Salesforce to be very slow - obviously relates to our use cases but even when implemented as efficiently as possible this can be an issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning business processes across all of our global markets and keeping all of our data in one place while easily managing data security and access for different types of users

The power of Sales Cloud is unrivalled and with each release the functionality gets better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not found any downsides yet but I've not used any crm competitor products either to compare

It supports a full end to end Sales Motion for our sales teams, automating processes and making the journey slick and easy

What do you dislike about the product?
Docusign integration is a little unfriendly.
The approval processes are linear and not particularly adaptable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have one platform that everything is on so we can accurately forecast. It is also easier to contract and invoice through sales Cloud.

Changing customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
We use sales force sales to monitor our sales pipelines and opportunities. It is our main CRM system and we have recently relaunched our new platform which has streamlined processes and more automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The range of options is incredible. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is removing the manual work involved when creating things such as reports, it allows us to create dashboards for quick and easy access. I am a process specialist and it has helped me to remove waste from processes not required

I love the flexibility of the tool. How it enables our agents to provide the best possible service to our consumers. Always driving to improve the experience internally and externally.

You need to have a team of professionals internally to have the good quality development of you decide to go custom.

With easy integrations into existing systems this enables our users to close and open deals quickly. We use sales console that helps all users see their upcoming and potential delas

Sales cloud can sometimes be clunky and the price book can be very hard to navigate

Great compatibility with customers. To engage with customers and get more deals. Especially with the use of Marketing cloud

ETM to help us organise our territory and our accounts, very easy to setup and assign users to it, reporting is excellent and very insightful. I really recommend it.

Sales Cloud enables us to manage all our prospects and customers in a single easy to manage system - making use of automation, reporting and leading technology.

There isn't much to dislike since the system is so flexible and can be customised to meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is our system of truth - we use it to manage our whole company, from working with prospects through to managing our ongoing relationship with our customers.
Great product that is always improving
What do you like best about the product?
No expensive development required to tailor it to your needs and always improving. You are always on the latest release meaning no expensive upgrade program.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always as easy as the demos make out

As soon as you need to keep track of multiple deals across multiple sales people and then predict a revenue stream from that, a tool like salesforce become invaluable.
