What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sales cloud for 4 years and it I love how user friendly it is. It's interface is easy to use and friendly to the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some things you still need to go into Salesforce Classic but this has improved a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our main CRM, we have lots of 3rd party app integrated like mulesoft, DocuSign, pardot just to name a few. We use it to store our customer data, market and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
SoundCloud makes it easy for our account executives to manage expectations. It is also easy to administer with a certified salesforce administrator. This makes a very simple to use overall and wholisticly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the configuration of the salesforce sales cloud, there can be many clicks that the end user has to go through to achieve a simple outcome. But with the right salesforce certified administrator, this can be overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who sells for sales cloud allows you to manage their workflow in a streamlined manner. This leads to more productivity and working with the customer versus fighting with the process.

There is no standard feature in Collaborative Forecast to perform Forecast by Account

What do you like best about the product?
It has eased up our sales journey. We are at Health Insurance world, have recently started using Salesforce OOTB Sales cloud and Marketing cloud and the experience has veen awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still to find one. As we are very new sales cloud. We have started using Leads, Opportunity and Quite from Salesforce for maintaining our day to day sales activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales journey with Quote generation and versioning with its vanila features are great.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use a lot of insightful information and data that we can relate to other Business pieces that we also have in Salesforce. Based on my expirience it's very good compared with for example Zendesk but also complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very easy to maintais in reality if something wasn't build correctly like it's happening with us its not very easy to rebuilt due to the links we have with all other objects in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Weare supporting our Sales teams to achieve the goals, building and making sure they have all information available to make smart and insighfull decisions based on correct data and process.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is user friendly and easy as an admin to maintain and improve syatem process'
Flow is a new tool that i begining to rely on more and more to make smooth process'
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the great features have an extra price tag on them which makes it difficult if you are a dmaller business

Make it easy from meeting a prospect to closing the deal and deploying the product

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to manage my team in more productive way... all data is available in one platform. I don't have to struggle with different crms or files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we can do much innovations in standard and have to go for customisation. This becomes a dependency
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am ablevto see live data of my team when ever required. I don't have to be dependent on anyone for visibility of my sales stats

Too easy for developers to customise and over complicate. It would be better to be able to lock it down more

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can link almost every sales tool our sales team uses with Salesforce and be able to work seamlessly across all teams within our org saving us time and money, one of many reasons i recommend Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe to get people on it , adoption and training will need to be put in place, and continue to encourage people to use it . It's a powerful tool. I always say to my team if it's not in salesforce it didn't happen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
360 customer view is definitely a huge plus , automation that cuts time doing admin, standarising our sales process, collaboration across all teams not only sales

What do you like best about the product?
I can have all the information about my customers based on the fields and objects created and segregate the data accordingly for marketing and services comms
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like everything about this. The only thing that needs to be checked all the time is the data flow between different clouds is appropriate or not and check for connectionls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By updating the data in the objects and creating more unified profiles of the customers and tracking the customer behavior appropriately and correctly all the time
