Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Great product! Definitely one of the best products for a complete sales process in the market. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to improve their sales cylce
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be better with Quote generation and maybe a native contract generation solution would be good too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline reporting and closing end to end deals. Sending quotes and contracts using 3rd party integrations

What do you like best about the product?
Not only is salesforce a great place to centralise all customer interactions, but as a CRM it is second to none!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest draw back for sales cloud is the price, yes it is excellent but for smaller businesses this may seem like a huge investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue we have had of unifiying our sales team with their customer data from all platforms, with cases, sales information and contact info in one place!
The best CRM for sales
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud easily aligns with most sales methodologies to help sales teams close deals. It's simple and easy to use. All your customer and sales deals in one place! It's great that you can easily customise your sales cloud to suit the business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features in the sales Cloud are still a little clunky like pipeline inspection and forecasting - which can be frusting with large orgs and interal departmental hierarchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us with our visibility of the whole sales cycle and pipeline projection. Sales teams and managers can see the whole sales funnel from start to finish. Reps can see what accounts are being worked on and by who across our global customer base

What do you like best about the product?
It is used for generating leads which then get coverts to an opportunity. And it shows entire lead to quote flow which helps drive the customers faster and skoother

It is costly as compired to other CRM companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud primarily solves the lead to quote problem which usually creates problem for other CRM products. The lead to opportunity conversation is smoother in process which allows faster conversations

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce SC, drives our team to achieve operational excellence and standardisation throughout our teams throughout the world. Finding common methodologies can easily give us ways to improve statistics and drive cohesiveness across the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud is a great function but I do believe it could be improved by giving more customisibality for individual users on how they use the platform, for example lead action counts, page pin refresh direction etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SC gives us full accountability on leads and visibility across all engagement throughout a number of teams. This benefits us by limiting multiple salespersons working leads and prioritisation of the best leads.
Would class service with an ever expanding ecosystem of tools
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to maintain and update, with a focus on putting information on the hands of if the people that need it, whilst being flexible enough to use across the company
What do you dislike about the product?
These days it's getting harder and harder to keep all of the different products and pricing straight, with 3rd party ISVs being an option, being able to stay within the beehive environment would be ideal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily as just as a CRM, it holds our customer and product data. A large piece of that puzzle is tracking communications between reps and clients, as well as managing kpis

What do you like best about the product?
The salesforce sales cloud allows our team to focus on the important aspects of the business and let's the platform take charge of the data decisions. Without salesforce our team would require an additional 1 day per week to calculate what salesforce does in milliseconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as we love salesforce, we do run into limitations such as api limits and cpu timeouts. We are a resource heavy system - but maybe we need to redesign?

Fast decisions, quick performance and saving time and resources in our teams.
Great CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
I have implemented Sales Cloud several times. I love the ease of use from an admin configuration side and all users like the interface. Reporting and Dashboarding is so easy to configure and use. I am able to support the business with relative ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flow errors are very frustrating as they give no indication of what the actual problem is. From my perspective the most frustrating and time consuming problem is this as you have no idea what the problem is.

It is enabling us to work more efficiently. Everything is in one place and we can report without going to IT. Users like the interface and the new functionality that comes out each year

Great management of sales processes and pipeline, easy to build analytics, harnessing power of predictive and generative AI to increase revenue. Flexible platform to allow adaptations to business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Einstein Activity Capture needs more detailed insight from admin perspective. Difficult to understand when things go wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management, managing customer and sales data effectively.

Salesforce flows helps us most to automate the processes our business has and helps me as an administrator to meet customer expectations without knowing the apex code language
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still lot of things that need triggers and apex code for customising requirements which cannot be done by a admin. Another area to improve is the performance experience on page load which can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our salespeople to quickly make sales decisions based on the inputs given and makes their sales experience a smooth performance. They can target leads based on score and get a better chance in converting opportunities
