What do you like best about the product?
With sales cloud, I can easily track and update the status of my leads, accounts and opportunities as well as I can track the history, This allows me to see the history and activities of existing customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud should integrate with other applications like Gmail ,slack etc to add good source of communication with other team members, in the communication channels

Sales Cloud - Best Sales Solutions in the Market
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is a very scalable solution which helps companies to store their customer base, contacts, opportunities etc.
Salesforce has an impressive UI wich helps users to interact more with the application.

What do you dislike about the product?
More dahsboard related features for Sales which would prove to be low cost. Everything ekse is perfect. No more comments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A very good CRM solution which helps customers to track Leads, Contacts, Opportunities and Make sales. Customers dont have to reply on excels or heavy on prem solutions anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
Its basically a toolbox sitting on a powerful data management platform - what uses it ultimately serves are entirely down to the business needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Implemenation remains a bit painfule - good SI partners are hard to find and Year 1 often doesn't deliver significant value
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently building it out as an warehouse management system with asset management and path to linking these with sales forecasting

What do you like best about the product?
In VMO2 we have several Salesforce Orgs. Including Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud. We are also currently looking at building a solution on Comms Cloud. Sales Cloud is used in our B2B space and like other instances is a robust solution that supports constant and quick change.

The licensing and usage costsage can be complicated and costly

What do you like best about the product?
It is to have a sales App on top of my CRM. Easy to work and collaborate with the rest of my team. We can share and access (or not... we define that) others' sales and opportunities. I can quickly be notified about a lead or an opportunity. I know what is the stage of my Leads and Opportunities and I can tell which ones need attention facilitating the follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to get it working properly can take time to learn but believe that's how things are when we can do so much. For small businesses, it can be a bit pricey although I'm aware that Salesforce offers options to tackle this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping the business to identify and share Leads and Opportunities as well as clients for service revenues. Sales is a challenging and crucial area for all industries and business types. With the right tools, we can rest assured that we are doing our work to create business and follow up with our clients. Making sure the business leaves on and progresses. And Sales Could on top of the awesome CRM tool Salesforce is by nature, we have the right tool to excel.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is an incredible tool to elevate all commercial teams and to ensure that there is data consistency and realtime 360 degree view of the: lead, prospect and finally customers account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when data tends to get too much te reporting and the dashboards can take a while to refresh, some aggregations with lots of data tend to crash reports too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps the teams achieve incredible results, whilst helping the managers have an overview of their team members.
It does this by having very configurable page layouts, custom objects and an insane amount of integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
It is highly customisable, easy to configure and allows us to automate processes with ease. Users can see at a glance all interactions that have taken place with our customer by other parts of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey. Although it's easy to configure, I find it difficult to keep on top of all the new features that get released to ensure our users are always getting the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to see where our reps are spending their time and we can then analyse that against financial data and if we need to refocus our attention we can do that.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved using Salesforce path in combination with a simple flow automation to ensure our Sales reps include all relevant prospect and customer information. It allows our sales staff to focus on actually selling our products vs keeping track of fields and order of steps to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit if a learning curve both for brand new users and for trainee admins and it is not always intuitive. We were also late adopters of Lightning experience so this definitely olayed a role in onbording issues. The nain downside is license cost, but it is the best solution for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email and activity tracking is brilliant, then sales performance reporting and management. It allows for a flexible and team focused selling approach while giving our sales managers the tools to improve, recognize and reward individual performance.

I am a Consultant QA and have worked with many different companies using Sales Cloud and I love how configurable it can be for different companies and end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a QA and not an end users it is very hard for me to answer this question as I am not using it day in day out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again not as an end user, but as a QA that has worked on multiple projects for multiple different companies I have seen first hand how the Developers have been able to configure Sales Cloud to meet the acceptance criteria and to improve the lives of the end users
Simple and powerful CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is an incredibly flexible tool and can be customized to meet the workflows of almost any organization. We have been using enterprise level editions of this platform in our org and very happy with the overall output.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data limit issues. Sometimes we need to upgrade to a expensive plan to buy extra storage space to meet their expanding data needs so this is the thing that I dont like about sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves time management and planning. It can be little challenging to deal with the tasks each day, week. So in such situations we can use such platform and cloud.
