What do you like best about the product?
Integrating all the sales related activities in one place with proper visulaisation of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is not very user friendly so take more time to adapt to the work flow created in this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in aligning all my cross functional team members in one place with great amount of visibility on the progress of each task.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to improve your sales process under an AI scheme
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is really perfect, it allows Opportunity Management, Sales Automation, Revenue Cloud and Sales Participation
among other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to establish an effective sales process, and being directed by an AI it is very easy to obtain beneficial results

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce Sales cloud allows me to track and monitor my entire sales pipeline. I can track and classify deals based on potential. I can input tasks and create customized reports
What do you dislike about the product?
It ended up being very costly to our enterprise business. so that was the biggest concern. Functionality, though was great. sometimes data entry seemed excessive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely allowed us to forecast closed business with a good degree of accuracy. Of course, that was based on user input. the reports allowed us to have centralized forecasting.

the most helpful about salesforce is that it helps collaborate sales, provides reccommendation and build strong foundation for customer experience.

I can say that salesforce is really a great tool .

What do you like best about the product?
Sales and sellign services is a difficult task, however, salesforce organizes your calls, meetings, sends mass emails, and basically keeps you on top of the game.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too many functions, which can make it challending 8at the beginning).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending marketing emails for events has never been easier. n

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is very easy to use and navigate. The categories, buttons to click, and other functions are very easy to understand. There are a lot of ways when you search a recent, current and past customer, and it makes everything easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see anything not good with Salesforce, everything on it is awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When getting error, its gives you the direction where and what isthe error, and easy to find.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Most specially that we use this everday for our clients. It is reliable and very easy to use even for someone who is new to this system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are errors appearing even though we are doing the right process and there are no missing informations or data. Due to huge amount of users, sometimes it slows down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily gather clients information. Having a transcript of records to make sure everything is in the right order in the right time. Accuracy of data being taken and delivered.

Other than that the program at the beginning load slow.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me a lot in terms of prospecting and ideally this is the platform that every sales person will be looking for since it very friendly user and no downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to say since it meets my expectation as a sales person and as I using sales force for more than a decade now. Salesforce sales cloud never failed me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that salesforce has resolved and benefits me the most is the easiest way to track and document all the propect client that would like to get the product from us.

control the life cyrcle of a whole sale process

approval chain should be faster as it takes lot of time to get approvers notify

keep all the info together and access to all data from customers
