What do you like best about the product?
I love how it can help us organize better in the sales department, its very simple to use and the best part is that I can have all my prospects there available

Nothing on my end if Im being honest I truly like this platform

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, and I like that the information can quickly be shared organization-wide!
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface seems dated, though easy to use.

Less paper, ease of access to information, easy to update any necessary fields or reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I can't think of any circumstances where you couldn't modify Salesforce to accomplish what you needed because it is so configurable. If Salesforce hasn't created the feature yet, anyone else can create and upload their solution to the marketplace so that others can utilize it as well. Additionally, practically every other app or piece of software you can think of has integrated with Salesforce because to its popularity and size.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I despise it because every system has faults, however occasionally Salesforce has sluggish problems. I can say that it is normal because it could depend on our internet connection and the quantity of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sales integration is made possible via the Salesforce Sales Cloud. Sometimes the customer has to consider whether to buy our services, but if they decide to, the Salesforce Sales Cloud allows me the ability to return to the original order I created, saving me time compared to generating a new opportunity.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to make customizations for our very complex individual business units. We are able to deliver value to each sales team by utilizing our Salesforce admins and devs across all projects. We have been able to integrate with other systems such as Five9, NetSuite, DocuSign, and Mulesoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very complex and training is intense. It's hard to find Senior admins and devs, most are entry or junior level. Certifications are challenging and expensive. Support is not as responsive as it could be and often provided from off shore members in different time zone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Salesforce we didn't have a united system to hold all our different sales processes across all our business units. Salesforce has allowed us to grow and customize for each business unit to meet their needs. We are constantly enhancing the system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of reporting within the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visually it's a little harder to get an overall snapshot of the account and contacts within Lightning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our accounts and contacts, along with having a good overview of our sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do a lot of things. Stored call information. You can also store knowledge base links that made it ease for you to look for an article or artifacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some feature or system such quote tool where you experience lag for a min or 2 that makes your call longer than expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything I do in a call is being stored ing salesforce and that makes my life easier than traking it manually. The quote tool of course and the segregation of items.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is it's interface or dashboard. The color of it made us feel lighter and made us forget the target quota that has been set to us. Also, I can say that it is user-friendly. At first, I thought that there are a lot of field that needs to fill out but the ability of it which is auto-population made our job easier. And the most powerful thing about it is the integration to other systems and apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that it is a dislike as all systems have it's own bugs but there are times that Salesforce has lagging issues sometimes. Well it maybe depends to our internet connection and the number of user so I can say that it is normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new Sales Representative, this really helps me do multi tasking in a way that a lot of fields are auto populated, I just need to fill out all the customer;s info in the comment box so I can proceed in working for a new customer. Aside fromthe fact that this is integrated to other tools we're using, it is easier for me to contact clients as the database is so powerful and efficient

What do you like best about the product?
We use Salesforce to keep track of our accounts. It's super customizable but you need someone who knows how to set things up. Its good to keep overview over accounts and you can easily create different lists with lots of filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the duplicate check does not really work. Often I have to search for duplicates manually, which is pretty annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Salesforce my efficiency would come anywhere near as it is right now. You need some system to keep an overview and see the different standpoints of your prospects, which really helps you with targeting the right prospects at the right time.
