It is very easy and clear to use

It is solving alot of proplems including keeping all the customers information in one place easlily acccessing them

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is easy to understand tool that heled me on my everyday work. mayit be for searching for an account or creating an account it is easy to use adn understand
What do you dislike about the product?
Lag times, sometimes some of the tabs won't work.It takes time for the lead to open at times and wait times take a while before we can open a lead or update informations of our leads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helped us to save notes, update details of our customers prior to handing off the leads to our Rspoective Account Executives. It also helped us save to save details for future uese

Lead to Opportunity pipeline, reporting and analytics, record management and streamlined agent experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggles with duplicate lead management, companys utilization not currently linking to Service Cloud easily and losing 360 degree view

Bringing together a clear picture of the prospects journey alongside telemarking representatives performance allows us to greatly manage our sales journey and evaluate where we can drive enhancements & greater sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I value the platform's high degree of customisation since it allows users to adjust the system to their particular business needs. Users of the Salesforce Sales Cloud can design custom objects, fields, and workflows to fit their particular sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It also carries a large price tag. The cost of adopting and maintaining the platform might be a major consideration for startups and smaller companies with tight finances.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has so much basic functionality that is needed to help sales reps be efficient in their day to day roles. The User Interface is intuitive and easy to use. Configuring new page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards is all very easy. Salesforce has made Sales Cloud easy to setup and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced functionality desired is not in Sales Cloud and must be purchased separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is used as our company CRM. We are trying to get better about storing all data in Salesforce, so it serves as our single source of truth for customer data.

What do you like best about the product?
I must say, the Salesforce Sales Cloud has truly suit an indispensable tool for businesses worldwide when it comes to managing their client relationship tasks. The CRM package it offers boasts a user-friendly interface that I personally chance incredibly light to pilot. What's more, the customizable dashboards and automated workflows experience made my job of head routing and followup emails a air.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get encountered a few glitches on the way, especially when it comes to announcing updates or relocating components. These modest setbacks can sometimes hinder its overall usefulness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nevertheless, I cannot deny how instrumental the Salesforce Sales Cloud has been in managing and resolving our CRM issues. It has significantly reduced our response clip to clients, ensuring a seamless client have and allowing us to maintain our heights standards of client serve.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the automation of embedded tasks in the to-do list, Chrome extension! And the ability to add LinkedIn connection requests to cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup already includes too many apps when first starting. For example, when getting a new phone, most of the apps I add are added by myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling sales revenue growth in 3 channels and helping automate lead generation, qualification, conversions, and opportunity closing.
