Salesforce Sales Cloud - Best CRM for any Organisation Size
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has been the backbone of our organisation. We have been using salesforce for storing customer data, running automation using flows, web to lead, customisations using APEX and every possible feature that helps us running business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the License cost for per user is higher if its lowered than even smaller organizations can also adopt. Even we want to expand but the cost is too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is a integral part of my routine. I am certified in Salesforce and it has helped our organisation in tracking leads, opportunities , accounts, contacts and alot more. I cant even imagine my organisation function without Sales Cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Everthing in one place Customer 360 any time any place, mobile, desktop, laptop. Automation of tasks that cost so much money when done manualy. Anyone can learn to do it in Salesforce on Trailhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is always so much to learn, would like to see more plug and play features done as packages. To save customers time and effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating fillng in fields based on a selection in a picklist. Automating case closed emails etc.
A learning curve with big time rewards.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to integrate with anything for data viewability, reporting, calling, scheduling, you name it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning Curve. But learning this information is a must to be able to get the most out of the product. Its worth it if you want to be as efficient and profitable as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the question of, "How is my business doing and where are we going?" Being able to dig into the data and brainstorm with fully customizable reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can open up anything in Sales Cloud and see exactly what is happening at any given point in time. SalesCloud enables us to make decisions quicker with better insights and analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a great platform, but like all great platforms the biggest issue comes around useage - people need to use the tool and they need to use it efficeintly. You cannot use salesforce as a half measure. Get the buy-in from top management and get everyone to start using the platform... THEN ITS AWESOME!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows us to reach decsions quickly, we are able to view details at a glance and drill down so that we can really focus on those opportunities that are quick wins.

I like that I can add additional features when I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love more robust forecasting for orgs using multicurrency
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The out of the box Approval Process for Opportunities has encouraged accountability from our sales reps.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce service cloud has tons of useful built in features that can help any business grow and evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge with Salesforce are forced updates and costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a new admin, and some changes and updates have been a little difficult to navigate, but with all of Salesforce's support it is completely manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sales Cloud is how easy it is to Navigate through the Standard Objects such Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Campaigns. It is also easy to navigate through Reports and Dashboards. It is easy to customize as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Sales Cloud is sometimes I get lost in the different Objects. I need it to be a little more dumbed down for me if that makes sense. It would also be beneficial for Standard Users as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps with Data Management, Lead Management, Account Management and it is beneficial for our sales development representatives and account executvies.

It has some lengthy process sometimes but not very bad

There is nothing as such in my dislike list, always keeps me upto date with amazing updates which i can think off.

It helps or directs sales excutive to maintain there day to day activity and keep there self upto dated and also they can easly track there performance
