What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, end to end platfrom in the sales process
What do you dislike about the product?
technical issues which is very rare and can be resolved easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very useful as you can find tips and spill that you can use when you are presenting to the customers.

What do you like best about the product?
if the user become the primary id, if they approched for different product it will be foreign Id so i can manage the same user according the needs, and the lead ownership will be with one person instead multiple people calling to the same customer
What do you dislike about the product?
its not very lookrative when given to the client portal access, and taking more time to load if the data cross morethan 1 lakh, that has to be optimized and payment tracking needed little more effiency
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to track the vendor who is giving how many leads and what is their conversion percentage vs. who shared the lead first and who converted that lead among the vendors

What do you like best about the product?
- Supremely flexible and scalable- In all of my years using and implementing CRMs for clients ranging from SMBs to Enterprise level, Sales Cloud has been the solution of choice when I've helped clients select a new CRM. I've never encountered any issues with scaling Sales Cloud solutions to meet growing client needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Deep product knowledge required to get the most out of the platform- Sales Cloud is incredibly powerful, flexible and easy to use/navigate. However in order to get the very most out of the platform, a well-trained admin and developer resource are recommended (whether hired internally or hired from a partner).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Lead Assignment: Deduplicating and assigning out Leads efficiently to Sales team
- Sales Reporting- Tracking Sales' management of Leads and Opportunities for the business
- Sales Productivity: Leveraging Sales Dialer, Email integrations apps (SF Inbox etc, Einstein Activity Capture), Messaging for Web etc. to boost team effectiveness

Easy of use. Loads the data quick never got any latency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has latency issue on somedays

Multiple people can use sales force and at the same time multiple customers queries are solved

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Salesforce is that it is user-friendly, I can easily monitor the opportunities of my reps and at the same time, integrate with different applications such as Zoominfo, Salesloft, and even Gong. I also like the reporting features where I can easily generate reports to see the insights of the sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can be complex, especially for new users. The extensive customization options and feature set may require significant training and onboarding. Also, it is kind of difficult to customize if you do not have permission or if can your access is only limited and not a developer access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity Management and Reports - The reps can easily manage their opportunities with the use of the reports being generated. With a quick view of all of their opportunities, they would have a glimpse of what do they have to prioritize.

Support Has Been Awful

What do you like best about the product?
Seems like it could be a pretty good system to keep track of our accounts, contacts, and touchpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've tried to be a low maintenance customer, but I keep running into issues that are beyond the scope of help docs. For instance, the account manager that set up our account set it up incorrectly as a trial (even though we are being billed). So after 30 days of use, we are locked out of our account. Simple fix, right? Wrong. After getting the runaround for a few days, we finally got a support ticket filed. It will be fixed soon, right? Wrong. We are on 2 weeks now being locked out of our account that we are paying for, and nobody at Salesforce seems to care. I'm emailing daily to just hope we can resume service, but I'm just given the same brief and unhelpful responses every day.

If you are a small customer, good luck getting help from a human to fix anything in your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just keeping track of our prospects and our touchpoints with them.

It is very user friendly and able to creat custom reports for specifice marketing needs
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow at times. When trying to creat loan documents or retrieve reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all customer info in one file vs haveing to store financials in desktop

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to enter details and save. By using different filters we can easily fetch the details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it creates issue while saving new entries and but it can be fixed easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While taking calls counselors can easily save new data and can fetch the existing data.
I am using Salesforce to check correct details of the admissions claimed by counselors.

before this business often struggling in analyzing sales data,hindering theri abality to make decision but after using this plateform reporting and analytics tools provides valuable insights to optimise sales strategies.it automates follow up tasks with customers it helps in making accurate sales forcasting,it enhance sales colloboration features to fecilitate better team work,resulting in improved coordination.it also contributes to improves customer satisfaction and retention rates.
