AI Agents That Automate Sales Work and Keep CRM Insights Context-Aware
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Agentforce Sales is how it blends a traditional CRM with AI agents that genuinely help sales reps get real work done not just store information. Rather than spending time manually updating records, following up on leads, drafting emails, or putting together meeting notes, Agentforce can automate many of those tasks so reps can focus more on selling and building relationships. I also appreciate that it stays tightly connected to Salesforce data, which makes its recommendations more relevant, useful, and context-aware.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Agentforce Sales is that, even though it’s powerful, it can feel overly complex and expensive for smaller businesses. Getting everything set up—automation, feature customization, and making full use of the AI capabilities—often requires skilled admins or developers. On top of that, if your data quality isn’t strong, the AI output and the sales insights you get may not be very reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales addresses common sales challenges such as excessive manual work, scattered customer data, slow follow-ups, and limited visibility into the pipeline. It helps me by automating repetitive tasks, keeping all customer information in one place, improving lead tracking, and providing AI-driven insights so I can make decisions faster and more accurately. Overall, this boosts productivity, supports better customer engagement, and increases my chances of closing deals.
Easy to Navigate and Simple to Customize

Salesforce is easy to navigate, and it’s also straightforward to customize to fit my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don’t have anything negative to say about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrations are better, and performance has improved.
User-Friendly, But Bugs and Information Overload Get in the Way
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is generally user-friendly, but the version my company uses has quite a few bugs. The system refreshes unexpectedly, and agents who are making notes often have to start over. It also lacks clear information on who closed calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is buggy, and sometimes it isn’t as clear as it should be. There are constant notes from our stations on the work order feed, which can be confusing for new agents and can feel like information overload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce to interact with our independent tow truck contractors and our members.

Powerful Features, but an Outdated UI and Difficult Setup
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is huge, with many settings, additional tools, and options. A lot of options with the integrations and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI was very old-school, and it was hard to orient new users to the platform. Also, the settings were quite hard to configure. Without the help of some specialists, it would be impossible to do it by yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to use Salesforce as a tool for saving our contacts, monitoring the communication, and tracking how they perform.
Salesforce Agentforce: A 24/7 Digital Sales Partner That Accelerates the Sales Cycle
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Agentforce transforms the sales process by deploying autonomous agents that handle repetitive tasks like lead qualification and meeting scheduling with minimal human intervention. I love how it acts as a 24/7 digital sales partner, monitoring pipeline health and drafting personalized outreach emails so sellers can stay focused on closing deals. The deep integration with Data Cloud is a game-changer, allowing agents to pull real-time insights and external data to provide accurate, up-to-the-minute information during customer interactions. Ultimately, it shifts the CRM from a simple system of record to a system of action, significantly reducing administrative burdens and accelerating the entire sales cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
While Agentforce offers impressive automation, I might find the initial setup and configuration quite complex, requiring significant time to properly define roles and guardrails for the agents. There is also a natural concern regarding data privacy and accuracy, as trusting an autonomous system to communicate directly with high-value prospects carries the risk of "hallucinations" or off-brand messaging. Additionally, the cost structure—often involving consumption-based pricing—can make it difficult to predict monthly expenses as usage scales. Finally, the shift toward AI-driven interactions can sometimes feel like it’s sacrificing the human touch, potentially making the sales process feel a bit more clinical and less relationship-driven
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales removes the bottleneck of manual prospecting and data management by using autonomous agents to take over repetitive administrative work across the sales lifecycle. It addresses the issue of disconnected customer data by delivering a unified view, which helps me anticipate client needs before they’re even voiced. As a result, my productivity has increased significantly because I can focus on closing more complex deals while the AI handles early outreach and meeting scheduling. On top of that, the platform’s predictive analytics give me a clearer roadmap to hit targets, turning what used to feel like speculative sales efforts into a more streamlined, higher-conversion process.
All-in-One Sales Backbone with Powerful Forecasting and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The all-in-one nature of the platform is what makes it exceptional. From tracking contacts and logging emails to managing pipeline stages and automating follow-up workflows — everything a sales team needs is right there. The forecasting and reporting capabilities are especially strong, giving leadership clear, real-time visibility into revenue projections without needing to piece data together from multiple tools. It's genuinely become the backbone of our sales operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is probably the biggest hurdle — there's so much functionality packed into the platform that new users can feel overwhelmed in the early stages. It takes a bit of time and training to get the most out of it. Once you're past that initial phase though, everything clicks and the depth of the platform becomes its biggest strength rather than a drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales solves the core challenge of keeping an entire sales operation organised and visible in one place. Before having a robust CRM, tracking leads, managing follow-ups, and forecasting revenue accurately was fragmented across spreadsheets and emails — things inevitably fell through the cracks. Now every contact, deal, and activity is logged and accessible, automation handles repetitive tasks, and our pipeline reviews are backed by real data rather than guesswork. It's brought a level of structure and accountability to the sales process that directly translates into better performance and more predictable revenue.
Robust CRM with Extensive Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Agentforce Sales is a very robust tool that has the most capabilities out of all the softwares I've used. It keeps track of everything and allows me to see a long history of each account's activity. Having a CRM like this lets us know how and when we last reached out to prospective clients, providing context on their sentiment towards us during the last contact. I also appreciate its ability to integrate with various software, helping to centralize our understanding of the business, and providing sales intelligence, which makes it a valuable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not very pleasing to the eye. It's also very difficult to create reports without formal training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales keeps all my client and partner data centralized, integrates seamlessly with other tools, and offers useful sales intelligence. It provides a comprehensive history of account activities, helping me maintain continuity and context in client relationships.
Essential Sales Tool with Great Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Agentforce Sales helps me make better decisions quickly by providing useful insights into customers and deals. It also helps me understand which opportunities matter most, which makes it easier to stay on top of sales performance and track progress. I appreciate how easy it is to set up for basic use, especially with ready-made features that let non-developers configure workflows and other functionality in just a few clicks. On top of that, using Agentforce Sales with Slack for team updates and communication fits naturally into my day-to-day workflow and makes collaboration smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI suggestions don’t fully reflect the real situation and can come across as a bit generic. I’d prefer them to be more accurate, and it would really help if the app explained the reasoning behind each suggestion. Also, when I’m working with large sets of data and records, it can feel slow or heavy. It should run faster and offer stronger filtering and sorting logic so searches can be completed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agentforce Sales to cut down on manual work, bring scattered data together, and reduce the risk of missed opportunities. It keeps all customer information in one place and automates routine tasks, so I can focus on the right leads and move deals forward more efficiently.
AI Agents That Automate Prospecting and Follow-Ups, Freeing Reps to Sell
What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce brings AI agents directly into the sales workflow, which means tasks like prospecting, follow-ups, and data entry can happen automatically in the background. That frees reps up to focus on actual selling instead of admin work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agentforce is incredibly powerful, but that power comes at the cost of a steep learning curve and heavy reliance on configuration. It often requires dedicated admins or technical resources to fully unlock its value, which can slow teams down early on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditionally, reps spend a huge portion of their day on admin tasks like updating CRM records, writing follow-ups, qualifying leads, and summarizing calls. Agentforce uses AI agents to automate those workflows, which dramatically reduces that manual burden.
