Salesforce is the best CRM product.

What do you like best about the product?
Our sales teams can share activities and manage our customers simply and sales managers can analyze sales numbers and activities of team members to improve the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce has many functions, so I think we can use more effectively. However the system design is quite difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we have to share the data of sales activities and customers in some sales teams and we can easily share by using Salesforce and analyze the data of whole sales teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed and Agility to adapt to various needs. No code to write and it's all written well in the backend(background)! Needs to a great team to create such an easy to use product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better and need the ability to customize the screens, gifs and colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reach outs, Go To Market, segment market, do campaigns easily, etc.

In general, to acquire customers and have conversations with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps me organized and up to date with client information, tasks, and creating proposals, contracts and group information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help desk is not fast in getting back to me with issues.

Sales focus and the ability to access client data quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented salesforce about 4 years ago and it's helped us tremendously on collaboration and allowed us to effectively transform the way we support our sales team operationally. We utilize the case creation features and queues to manage most of our internal workflows, and the opportunities and chatter to centralize communication has been really really useful in helping us solve for the root cause when things have gone wrong. I am sure the sales team loves it too, but it's been much more useful for us than just for our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile apps have proven harder to use than it feels they should be. We also have a lot of trouble getting our non-techy sales team to really adopt it because we don't have a huge IT budget to spoon feed them solutions and it seems sometimes when we do, they're not interested in self-serving information at their fingertips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many to list. We manage many of our internal workflows with it, as well as handoffs from sales to operations to service. We also have a lot of pipeline data that is useful in making staffing decsions, and the dashboarding features help us tremendously when paired with data from our ERP in doing resource and demand planning for our service teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is extremely flexible and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any flexible and customizable product, there is a learning curve involved to enable. However, this is a small price to pay for the ability to effectively fit all your customers' business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us effectively manage and track prospects and customers throughout their customer lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce cloud is a very powerful tool that allows you to get all of the data that you need to get evertything operational/
What do you dislike about the product?
Custimzation means time, so if you do not have the time for build out, it will be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made our sales process very fluid and connected with all of our tools to make sure that there was no gaps in the process.

Storing large amounts of data in Salesforce can incur additional costs. Organizations need to manage their data carefully to avoid unexpected charges.
Salesforce can generate a high volume of email notifications, alerts, and updates. Managing and customizing these notifications to avoid information overload can be time-consuming.
While Salesforce has a vast ecosystem of integrations, setting up and managing these integrations can be challenging. Ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems may require technical expertise.
It's important to note that many of these dislikes can be mitigated with proper planning, training, and the right expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows you to maintain a comprehensive database of my customers, including contact information, payment terms, credit limits, and historical transaction data. This information can be crucial for managing accounts receivables effectively.
The automation capabilities can streamline AR processes. For example, you can set up automated reminders for invoice due dates, send payment confirmation emails, and trigger follow-up actions when payments are overdue.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, Ease of Use, You can access it anywhere anytime with good internet connection, Highly customizable, I can easily get all customer information related to cases, leads and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to update information all the time, unable to detect duplicate records, lots of fields and tabs to select.
