Incomparable with other CRM's
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability is unmatched when comparing Salesforce to their competitors. As someone who has been an admin on Salesforce and other platforms, Salesforce is lightyears ahead when it comes to its ability to match the unique processes of a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Salesforce is so customizable, there isn't a lot of guidance on the "best" approach to take. A lot of times, there's really no guidance at all. If someone is not trained as a Salesforce admin, it is nearly impossible to setup on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is allowing us to track our deals, including managing our pipeline and closed business, more effectively than ever before. Combined with the reporting features of Sales Cloud, we are gaining enhanced insight that we have never been able to see.

The sales pipeline and the sales forecast are very useful for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The campaign could do more about tracking the social things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Useful. Visibility to see sales pipeline. Better than excel.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy view of your account & contact with the mist important details on the top of thr page, allows for auick outreach! The tasks and outreach history are also easily accessible for a quick review and crafting an action plan for the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too many clicks to accomplish something, edit some data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling the followup with the accounts!

What do you like best about the product?
The question is not if Salesforce can do it but rather how. We heavily leverage the standard objects but we've also embraced custom objects to create streamlined processes that enable sales to do their entire job in Salesforce. We've levered appexhange partners to improve our lead referrals as well as automate sales processes. The goal is let technology drive your experience to close more and close faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is our greatest problem and I feel like either we don't have proper governance or we don't have to guidance we need to enable a solid data governance model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead automation and driving sales behavior as well as supporting our ancillary sales and service flows. Our productivity increases when we have sales using the defined processes which we are trying to enforce through automation.

Cost, particularly for integration users vs real users

Assisting Sales team members in collaboration, customer 360 view, opportunity tracking, connecting business with B2B selling tools

This is the Cadillac crm. I could not live without the salesforce, sales cloud! Amazing in every way, shape and form.

Honestly, nothing! And that is my honest answer.

Pipeline management, lead management tool, and account management. The dashboards make my life easy.

Implementation curve is long when understanding is low.

What do you like best about the product?
The best in sales cloud is we can track each bit and pice of activities for every lead to become customer. It's give us the complete picture to interaction is happening with lead and how soon it can convert as a customer.

I will say "not dislike" but if it give little more info of better forecasting and opportunity life cycle then maybe life will be more easier.

It's solving lot of issues for every company. The main I will say it's gives us data on revenue generation as well as we can find growth opportunities for all our client

The ability to map a client's relationship with the company is super important for staying connected and up to speed with today's environment.

There could be a better ui design that is implemented for better flow.

Salescloud to power Casinos and Gaming
What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud is helpful in the use of creating customized fields in order to personalize consumer data. As a casino, we have a ton of data points that we gather about our Guests, and being able to congregate them in one spot is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface of Salesfound can be a bit clunky. I think the hyperlinks can be a bit counterintuitive and it is hard for somebody without a tech background to navigate when they are still learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the ability to have all of our data congregated into one spot. The benefits are able to pull reports and create actionable behaviors based on the way our Guests are reacting to our data.
