Agentforce Sales Keeps Me on Track for the Quarter
What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce Sales helps me stay on track and know where I am for the quarter!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can think of for now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time by having all of my accounts in one view so that I'm able to use that time planning, strategizing, and helping customers realize value.

What do you like best about the product?
I didn't use the software as frequently. I recall A.I. managing most of the work. Also, it gathers leafs from Facebook and LinkedIn. So that's probably the most helpful, that it is easily integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not understand what I was supposed to go exactly. I didn't use the software for an actual job. It was more fir experience with A.I.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reducing the work load in various fields. This saves time.
Great Integration and Essential Sales Follow-Up Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I don't current use this platform but when I did the integration was great. the follow up tools and communication components were a must for sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Another platform to log into separate from my email platform.

I think performance is better than it once was
Agentforce Sales: Proactive AI Automation That Boosts Relationships and Forecasting
What do you like best about the product?
The most transformative feature is the integration between Flow Builder and the Agentforce Atlas Reasoning Engine. Unlike static chatbots, I can now deploy autonomous agents that trigger based on specific Platform Events or changes in Custom Objects. For example, when a lead reaches a specific 'Intent Score' in Data Cloud, the agent automatically researches the prospect’s LinkedIn via third-party APIs and drafts a hyper-personalized briefing for the AE. This level of 'agentic' automation has turned our CRM from a database into an active sales member.
What do you dislike about the product?
The debugging process for autonomous agents is still quite opaque. When an agent fails to execute a 'Prompt Template' correctly, finding the specific bottleneck in the Trace Logs can be incredibly time-consuming. Additionally, the Data Cloud ingestion limits can lead to latency issues; if your identity resolution rules aren't perfectly tuned, the agents occasionally provide outdated insights. The UI for the Agent Builder also feels somewhat disconnected from the classic Setup menu, creating a fragmented administrative experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the 'stale data' problem and the inefficiency of manual lead enrichment. Before Agentforce, our reps spent 40% of their time on pre-call research. Now, by using Vector Databases within Salesforce to ground AI in our specific product documentation, the system handles the heavy lifting. This benefits me by significantly shortening our Sales Cycle duration; our AEs are now walking into meetings with AI-generated 'Actionable Insights' that were previously buried in unstructured notes or external silos.
Salesforce Keeps Our Entire Sales Process in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
One best thing about Salesforce is how it has entire sales process in one place like from lead capture to deal closure and also it is highly customizable, which makes it easy for us to tailor our pipelines and reports based on the needs. I particularly like its automation feature which reduces a lot of time for us for follow ups and data entry. Overall it's a good tool for sales i believe
What do you dislike about the product?
One disadvantage is may be the pricing, because if you have a smaller team then it would be bit pricey for you if you add features to it and also for a new user it can be little overwhelming while setting up and might need a admin support even in my case i had taken admin support to set up the whole process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving by giving us all data in one place otherwise all the leads, data and everything would have been scattered and confusing so its the biggest positive side of salesforce and also saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
This gives the ability to easily manage customer cases to resolution. It’s seamless to transition from one agent to the next and keep a clear timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been notable downtime despite the promise of minimal downtime in the initial stages. However, it is tech so this is almost inevitable

makes it so easy to navigate between files, i love sales console over lightening because of the extra tabs
Keeps Pipeline, Notes, and Activity in One Place for Easy Lead Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything in one place—pipeline, notes, and activity. It helps me track leads and clients so I don’t lose sight of my outreach and follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Garbage in--garbage out. If you don't put good data in, you won't get much out of it. It does require internal controls to keep data clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with Marketing Cloud and other platforms is pretty straightforward, and it really unlocks a lot of potential. Helps to pipe in leads with all the info I need so that sales can focus on selling. Fully customizable UI makes it so that we can build it to our spec.

Just like any salesforce owned tech, it meets all of our needs.

There really isnt much that I dont like about agentforce. Its a well rounded program.
