Clear, Insightful Dashboards That Improve CRM Messaging
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the dashboards. I was able to clearly see relevant data for our CRM. AI insights were helpful in shaping messaging, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit difficult to get used to at first. For someone just starting to use Salesforce, it took me some time to get used to the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once I got used to the UI, I found it helpful in keeping track of partner communications.
AI-Powered CRM That Streamlines Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that they use AI to improve the workflow, along with other features within the CRM that other platforms may or may not use yet in their interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may have already been addressed, but it would be great if Salesforce had a stronger contingency plan for login issues, especially to reduce the risk of accidental exposure caused by DNS problems and similar incidents. From a security standpoint, having clearer safeguards and response steps for situations like these would be reassuring going forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow has been improving with the implementation of the AI Agents, which has personally been helpful for me.
Powerful CRM That Keeps Sales Organized and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it keeps all customer information, leads, and interactions organized in one place. It makes it much easier to track sales activity, follow up with customers, and stay on top of opportunities without anything slipping through the cracks. The automation features also save time by taking care of repetitive tasks, and the customization options let it fit different business needs and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that it can feel overwhelming at first, since there are so many features and settings to learn. Setup and customization can take a while, especially for smaller teams without dedicated support. It can also be expensive compared to simpler tools, and at times the interface isn’t as intuitive as it could be, which can slow things down for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having customer information, leads, and sales activity scattered across different tools or spreadsheets by bringing everything into one place. That makes it much easier for me to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up with customers at the right time. It also helps automate repetitive tasks such as reminders and data entry, which saves time and reduces errors. Overall, I’m able to stay more organized, respond to customers faster, and spend more time closing sales instead of managing data.
Game-Changing Pipeline and Lead Organization with Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Organization of pipeline and leads is a gamechanger. Integrated well with email and other systems. AI and intelligence system is an easy kickstart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prefer a more refined AI system for prospecting. Tends to be overly wordy and not adaptive to your personal style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system solves for me the risk of letting clientele slip through the cracks and outreach missing important insights.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps boost seller productivity, and the user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. I also really appreciate the support, both from the AI and from the representatives, which makes the overall experience smoother.

A Powerful Sales Engine — Worth the Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to predict which deals are most likely to close, and why, saves me a ton of time and helps me prioritize my pipeline more effectively. It genuinely feels like having an extra team member keeping an eye on the numbers for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the learning curve is pretty steep. When you first get in, the platform can feel overwhelming there are so many features, menus, and customization options that it's hard to know where to start. Also, the pricing can be a pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves for me is keeping everything in one place. Before, we were juggling spreadsheets, emails, and separate tools just to track deals and customer interactions, and it created a lot of unnecessary chaos. Agentforce Sales has basically eliminated that.
What I appreciate most is the pipeline visibility: I can see exactly where every deal stands at any moment, which makes our weekly sales meetings much more productive and focused. The follow-up automation is also a big win—I’m no longer dropping the ball on leads because the system reminds me and even automates some of those touchpoints. And from a team alignment standpoint, everyone is working from the same data, so there’s less miscommunication between sales, marketing, and customer success.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see customer details at a glance, with different categories highlighting the areas of our product they are using and tracking our interactions with customers (sales leads and help centre requests).
What do you dislike about the product?
For first-time users, it can be overwhelming with the amount of information provided and understanding the most efficient way to locate the data you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me understand the customers who use our product, how they're using it, and tracking our communication channels with them.
Salesforce: User-Friendly CRM with Great Features and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a leader in CRM tools, with great features and a user-friendly UI, making it a strong tool overall. Agentforce Sales also integrates with a large number of other tools we use in our company, which makes it easier to fit into our existing workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is great overall. That said, some components feel outdated and could use an upgrade, and the price of the tool is very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typically, companies have large sales teams because they’re tied to revenue growth as quote carriers. With Agentforce Sales, there isn’t the same need for a large team anymore, since you can do more with less.
Keeps Everything Organized in One Place with Powerful Tools, Helpful Support, and AI
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it makes to keep everything in order and in one place. I appreciate all of the different tools that are available for use. We use this a lot at my company and it allows each of us to work much more smoothly. The customer service / support is very helpful as well when I run into a user issue. The AI feature also is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like how it shows me how my performance is but it was a little challening for me to get integrated with initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much easier to know what I need to be targeting and what my ROI looks like on a daily basis.
