Seamless Lead Management and Insightful Sales Journey

  • December 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about sales cloud is the end to end journey of a lead, I can see the business is getting the lead and the entire journey of the lead is something that gives a lot of insight - where to put in more efforts to convert the lead and where the process is going smooth.
Then to have opportunity and product in the same view is additional benefit. This makes the business more efficient without adding much customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lightning record page changes takes quite some time to refresh and reflect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have one client and that is a greenfield implementation - but still the entire standard lead and opportunity process is so similar that it is very easy for the team to explain everything to the client. The buttons on lead, the lead path makes it easy for the client team to adapt to salesforce and make a transition from excel to CRM.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to automate tasks and boost productivity. I love its powerful automation and customization capabilities. The platform is also mobile-friendly, which adds to its efficiency. I appreciate the collaboration features and AI integration that make the overall user experience beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud to be highly complex and the maintenance quite costly. I also face issues with data management and support. Although the initial setup was easy, I realized later that it has a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to automate tasks and boost productivity, solving poor customer engagement and weak marketing. It provides powerful automation, customization, mobile-friendly platform features, and AI integration for better collaboration.

Centralized Sales Management with Customization Challenges

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the level of visibility and control it provides across the entire sales process. Everything from lead intent to opportunity progression is tracked in one system, which makes it much easier to understand where deals stand right now and what actions are needed next. The platform is highly customizable, allowing us to tailor objects, automation, and workflows to match our specific sales processes rather than forcing us into a rigid system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas of Salesforce Sales Cloud could be improved to enhance usability and efficiency. Its flexibility often comes with added complexity, meaning even simple process changes can require significant configuration effort or admin involvement. The learning curve can be steep for new users due to the number of features and customization options available. Additionally, performance can occasionally feel slower, especially when working with highly customized organizations or large data volumes, particularly in complex reports and dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves fragmented sales management issues, centralizing data for better pipeline visibility, automating processes, ensuring consistent sales, and providing real-time reporting. It improves decision-making, speeds up response times, and enhances team collaboration.

Sales Cloud - The Package that helps every type of business

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, when the customer comes with any problem or any new requirement which they want to get implemented related to sales, The Sales Cloud offers various standard objects which is very useful and speeds up the implementation as most of the things are available out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a requirement in which we had to enable the Person Account. But the limitation of Sales Cloud or we can say it is a Salesforce limitation that once the Person Account is enabled, we cannot disable it. Which can cause issues if there is a need to do a rollback, we simply cant disable that option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our client business, they have two operating models, B2B and B2C. Till now they had created various record types for differentiating the type of Contact to be used. But after our implementation, we enabled Person Account which clearly helps a lot in bifurcating both type of records.

Good Experience from start.

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like is Lead Converted Process and Person Account feature like we can easily Implement the B2C and B2B feature. it is easy to integrate as well because i have integrate docusign with sales cloud and I found very easy to generate the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one issue I found when we are change the account record to person account record then the system will change the created date of linked contact. Due to that we have faced lot of issue and the main point is that it not mention in any document of saleforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest problem which i saw on other technology is they have different system to store the data so their teams is not able to work efficiently. while in case on salesforce sales cloud is we have all the data on the same system and its on cloud so easy to access. we also have reports and dashboard to analyze the data. Also we have so many useful standard objects.

Streamlined Sales Management and Better Visibility with Salesforce Sales Cloud

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how well it organizes the entire sales process. It becomes very easy to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions all in one place. The dashboards and reports give a clear view of the pipeline, and the automation features help save a lot of manual effort. Once everything is set up, it really improves visibility and makes the team more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the learning curve. New users often find the interface a bit overwhelming because there are so many features and settings. Sometimes simple actions take more clicks than expected, and system updates occasionally change the layout, which requires re-adjustment. Apart from that, most things work well once you get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before adopting Salesforce Sales Cloud, our team struggled with scattered data - leads, contacts, and opportunities were often tracked in spreadsheets, emails, or different tools. This caused confusion, duplicate work, missed follow-ups, and lack of clarity about the sales pipeline.

With Sales Cloud, we now have a unified, central system where all sales data lives. That means every lead, contact, opportunity, and customer interaction is organized in one place. The result: fewer missed follow-ups, clearer visibility into deal stages, and better coordination across team members.

Automation features (like reminders, workflows, and validation rules) further reduce manual work and human error. The dashboards and reports provide real-time insight into pipeline health, conversion rates, and performance metrics , enabling smarter, data-driven decisions.

In short: Sales Cloud helps us work more efficiently, stay organized, avoid mistakes, and focus energy on selling rather than managing spreadsheets.

Unmatched Sales Visibility and Customization

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the visibility it gives across the entire sales process.
It helps me keep all opportunities, activities, and customer information in one place, making it easier to prioritize deals and focus on the right actions at the right time.
I also appreciate how customizable it is, allowing the system to adapt to our sales process rather than forcing us to change the way we work. Overall, it improves collaboration within the team and helps drive more consistent, data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel complex at times, especially for new users.
Some features require training to be used effectively, and without good governance the system can become cluttered with too many fields or processes.
Additionally, certain customizations and integrations may require technical support, which can slow things down if not well planned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of managing daily sales activities across multiple opportunities.
It helps me track tasks, follow-ups, and deal progress in one place, so nothing falls through the cracks.
As a result, I spend less time searching for information, stay on top of priorities, and can move deals forward more efficiently.

Seamless Integration and Flexibility Make Work Effortless

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the integration, ease of use, robustness, and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels overly complex, with too many tabs and elements that make navigation difficult. The overall UI is not intuitive, which adds to the sense of complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool primarily for tracking sales leads and monitoring their entire life cycle. It helps me keep a detailed record of all lead interactions, including email exchanges. I also appreciate its integration capabilities with other applications such as Gainsight, Clari, and additional tools that support various aspects of customer life cycle management.

Reliable Platform for Sales Productivity

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how well it centralizes the entire sales process in one platform. It provides excellent visibility into leads, accounts, opportunities, and pipelines, making it easier to track progress and forecast accurately. The automation, reporting, and customization options help streamline daily sales activities and improve overall productivity for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is very powerful, but it can feel complex for new users due to the number of features and customization options. Some advanced features require additional configuration or add-ons, and the overall cost can be high for smaller teams. However, once set up properly, the benefits usually outweigh these challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of scattered sales data and manual tracking by bringing leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities into one centralized system. It improves visibility into the sales pipeline, automates follow-ups and tasks, and provides real-time reports and forecasts. This helps me stay organized, prioritize the right opportunities, and close deals more efficiently.
