It helps tackle disconnected tools and pipeline chaos. I’m able to get faster performance and tighter integrations across the stack. The result is a cleaner process and quicker decisions, which also makes it easier to forecast and defend.

It’s heavily dependent on clean data and solid processes otherwise the AI just amplifies bad inputs instead of fixing them. On top of that, it feels overhyped and not truly plug-and-play, since the setup is complex and the pricing is unclear and could end up being expensive.

It automates the process with AI agents that can actually execute tasks. The benefits are clear: it saves time, boosts productivity, and helps sales teams stay focused on closing deals rather than getting stuck in admin work, while also speeding up deal cycles.

It's relatively easy to search for people and find the information I need. The platform is fast and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI isn't very aesthetically pleasing. Sometimes the search function doesn't return great results or glitches when I try to search again.

It makes it easy to find contacts and their information when I need it. I feel like it's a good investment for the company to track all of our information. There is also no AI involved but I don't think it needs it.

Some of basic dislikes about Agentforce sales is that it has a complex pricing . And also it has a usage fees like $2 per conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically reduces the wait time for scheduled meetings. For example, an inbound lead can be followed up within minutes. Agentforce also provides 24/7 engagement, answering questions and confirming meeting times immediately so that no opportunity is missed.

I really don’t have anything to complain about. The product is continually improving and is well supported. It has an intuitive UX/UI, and the pricing structure feels reasonable given the productivity improvements we’ve experienced.
