Powerful CRM for SalesTeams, But Setup and Changes Can Feel Overwhelming at times.

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a very robust tool, probably one of the most robust platforms on the market. With the right implementation team, you can add, remove, and customize almost any field or workflow to fit your sales process. I also really like how well it works in team environments, especially when multiple people are involved in the sales cycle, as it allows for clear collaboration, visibility, and ownership across deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can feel overwhelming at times. Because it’s such a powerful and flexible platform, it often requires significant setup, customization, and ongoing maintenance to work well. Even small changes, like adjusting a workflow or adding or removing a field, can take a while because you’re usually not able to do it yourself and have to depend on a developer or admin to make those modifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us manage the entire sales process in one place. We use it daily for account prospecting, logging activities and communications, creating and tracking sales opportunities, and registering everything that’s happening in a deal. It gives us full visibility into where each opportunity stands in the sales process, from early stages through to closing.

The biggest benefit for me, especially since we work in sales teams, is having a single shared space where everyone can collaborate, stay aligned, and keep track of deals without losing context or duplicating work.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like downloading attachments from PO cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to track opportunities and purchase orders, work with my coworkers, and integrate information in real-time. It lets me tag people with context, making it easier to find what I need quickly.

All-in-One Lead Tracking and Reporting That Keeps Insurance Work Organized

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud keeps all of my client and lead information in one place, which is critical in the insurance business. I like the ability to track leads from first contact through enrollment, set follow-up reminders, and log calls and notes. The automation and reporting help me stay organized, compliant, and consistent with client communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has a learning curve and can feel overwhelming at first, especially for small agencies. Some features require customization or admin support to fully match an insurance workflow, and it can be more complex than necessary for simple tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of disorganized lead and client management. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, emails, and notes, everything is centralized. This saves time, improves follow-up consistency, reduces errors, and helps me convert more leads into enrolled clients while maintaining strong long-term relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organizational piece of Salesforce Sales Cloud because it keeps me on top of day-to-day tasks, and the workflow is very seamless. It also integrates with other third-party apps we use, which I like. The setup was super easy, with my account being essentially activated for me once I entered my work credentials. It integrates seamlessly with other software like SalesIntel, SalesLoft, Gong, and Nooks. These aspects really enhance my experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to manually enter everything in SalesIntel, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me stay organized with my accounts and tasks, ensuring timely completion and efficient workflow management. It integrates seamlessly with third-party apps we use, enhancing my daily operations in tech sales.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think Salesforce Sales Cloud is pretty fast, which makes transactions on the sales floor efficient. I like the ease of use; it helps me interact with customers and sell or upsell effectively. I use it every day on the tab while moving between different locations, and it supports me in looking up customer background information easily by just typing in their phone number or account number. This efficient access to customer records enables me to pitch different solutions that we sell. Compared to other tools, Salesforce Sales Cloud is just faster and easier to use, even if you need any training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we're having issues with connection at different locations even though my iPad has a data plan. Inside our sites on our Wi-Fi, it gives me hiccups, and I have to close all the applications and then restart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to quickly access customer background info with a phone or account number. It helps me interact with customers, pitch solutions, sell, and upsell effectively.

Powerful, Flexible, and Built for Scalable Sales Teams

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Salesforce Sales Cloud for its flexibility and depth. It adapts incredibly well to different sales models, industries, and team sizes and fits perfectly for our sales team. The ability to customize objects, automate processes with Flow, and build meaningful dashboards gives both sales reps and leadership exactly what they need. The ecosystem is another huge plus—AppExchange, integrations, and constant innovation make it a platform that keeps growing with your business. Overall, the application has ease of use and Salesforce's customer support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the application can get complex with performance issues as the organization usage grow. So pre-planning to handle complications should be done to handle it. The implementation could be challenging as well without pre-evaluation.

It brings our leads, opportunities, activities, forecasting, and reporting into one trusted system of record. This benefits us and our clients by improving visibility, accountability, and forecasting accuracy.
